I was so impressed with the way they were packed!!! They were obviously in perfect condition due to the packing and were indeed matte black. The dishes are a good weight, not too light or overly heavy. They will definitely go with any decor. My kitchen is still being renovated after Hurricane Ian, so I will have to wait another month to use them. I can't wait!!!

I ordered the Alaskan Blue set and was immediately impressed with how it looked out of the box. The color has depth and variation that gives it a handmade, ceramic feel without looking uneven or sloppy. It’s the kind of blue that works in both modern and rustic kitchens. The set includes four each of dinner plates, salad plates, and bowls. The plates have a flat surface with a low lip, which is great for serving and easy to stack in the dishwasher. The bowls are thick, sturdy, and the right size for soups, pasta, or cereal. These dishes have some weight to them. They feel solid in the hand, not delicate, but not overly heavy either. I’ve used them daily for a few weeks. They’ve held up well through multiple dishwasher cycles and microwave use with no issues. Everything arrived well packed. No chips, scratches, or uneven glazing. The finish is matte, smooth to the touch, and consistent across the whole set. I’ve owned more expensive dinnerware that didn’t hold up as well. This set performs just as well and looks even better in person. The only thing I’d mention is that the weight might not suit everyone, especially if you're looking for something very lightweight. But for most people, I think the balance of sturdiness and design will be appreciated. If you're looking for a set that’s functional, attractive, and made to be used every day, this one is a strong choice. I’m happy with the purchase and would buy it again.

Very decorative and nice looking quality plates and bowls. Very happy with this set. We do still have them in the boxes because we are in the moving process but they look very nice and We were happy with them. They were also packaged very well with no concerns.

I got the gravel color which I think is very simple and attractive. This set includes service for four. These are heavy-duty ceramic dishes that can handle a lot of abuse. They have good weight and resist chipping.

I'm not the type of person that typically gets excited about things like dinnerware. I wasn't even when I saw this set and ordered it. But after arrival and unboxing I was immediately struck by the quality, and the color. Both are amazing. They have survived initial washing before use, and also microwaving and then dishwashing, multiple times. The plates are good sizes, whether you need a larger plate or smaller. There's only one size of bowl, but it should work for most stuff. Outside of that, there's not much else to say about the set.
