I’m 6’2, 200 lbs. The chair is beautiful. The leather is soft. The chair itself is extremely comfortable. I also really like the arch for lumbar support. I personally think this chair has it all. I have been through several of the $200-300 type chairs. They look great online, but when you get them you realize they have been made with poor quality materials. They start squeaking and degrading in just a month. I work from home and was frustrated with these chairs, so I decided to "go big" and look for an expensive chair. I found this one and am very happy with it. I have had it for about 2 months and so far it is holding up well. The assembly was just like what you would experience from other cheaper chairs. I could tell right away that the leather was legitimate and much higher quality. I would compare it to the quality of leather you would find in the seat of a car - thick and firm, but conforming. The ergonomics are great as well. I am 6'1" and 170lbs. It fits me pretty well. The arm rests are a little wide for me, but I'm a little on the small frame side so a bigger framed person would be perfect. I think even someone with a some extra weight would find this to be wide enough for them as well. The main issue I've had with other chairs is the padding on the arm rests flattens out too quickly. This chair must used closed cell foam as they seem to be holding up really well after a couple of months. I am hopeful this chair lasts a long time.

Like so many of us who became remote employees during the pandemic, I found myself scrambling to setup a functional and comfortable home office. My old chair was fine for occasional use, but just wasn't going to cut it for daily service. I'm a guy who truly appreciates quality leather, and in this regard, this chair fully delivers. It is 100% the real deal on the seating surfaces and armrests. It looks, feels, and even smells incredible, and has held up well for the year I've owned the chair. Even the matching vinyl on the outside surfaces is good looking stuff that matches the color of the leather perfectly. What is absolutely disappointing, and entirely ruins this chair for me, is the quality of the padding, and the overall construction of the chair. I'm 5'11, 215lbs. Not a tiny guy, but well within the rated capacities of this chair. It started out firm and supportive as other reviews indicated, but one year into the ownership experience, I now sink straight through the padding on the seat to whatever hard surface lies beneath it. It's uncomfortable, and entirely defeats the purpose of replacing my old chair. Simply put, $600+ later, it's less comfortable than the $40 chair it replaced last year. If you want a beautiful chair with very nice leather for occasional use at a premium price, this checks that box. If you want a well-constructed workhorse of a chair that will support you through 50 hour weeks for the long haul, look elsewhere.

Left arm support could not be attached. One of the screw holes had a screw broken off in it. The other arm support keeps coming loose as well. I am having to tighten it monthly. Supplier offer to replace but the part kept getting delayed due to manufacturing. 7/8/2021 - the second arm rest screw broke off from the middle of the screw and now the chair is completely useless. Paying $600 dollars for the chair and getting cheap workmanship is completely disappointing. I would not recommend anyone buy this chair.

Been on a five year search for a SUPERB office chair. This is not THE chair but the best one yet, happy to end my search for now. Finding a good office chair with looks and comfort is still a challenge. So much bonded-leather trash in the marketplace. Herman Miller has the comfort but I'm not a fan of mesh. This chair is by far the best I've found for sub $1,000. 6' 210 lbs Egronomics: Ideal lumbar support for me, not to severe. Would have liked the the arms another inch higher. Assembly: Typical. Adjustments: Adjustable recline, swivel. Worth mentioning the hardware is more solid than most.

I was looking for a classic style office chair, something warm and comfortable. I first bought a Serta from Tru innovations. It was completely damaged. Next a Lazy Boy Hyland, which seemed cheap, fake leather, wood dents, miss-aligned and lumbar support in middle of back, also Tru innovation (yuk). I did not go for some of the ergo chairs as I did not want the plastic mesh office look....I did not go for this one initially as some of the reviews made me nervous....Feet don't touch ground, not worth money and too firm of feel. I am 5'11 and feet hit the ground fine. The chair is firm, but like others have mentioned, more like a car seat feel, comfortable, but you are not sinking into inches of padding. Very happy with purchase, chair definitely worth money when comparing to other non-leather options

This is the most comfortable desk chair I have ever owned - and I've had about 10 of them over the years. I spend a lot of time in this chair and I really like it. I've been using it for about 2 years now and it's holding up very well - no issues. Expensive, but worth it if you sit at your desk a lot.
