Purchasing products like this has a down side if they fail after 30 days your gonna be out of pocket for a new one, well that's what they tried telling me but if it's sold and fulfilled by Amazon then you can then you can use the warranty. I called them out on that one and got my money back. Any Auto zone or O'Riley has no problem replacing or refunding you for a defective product this site does. They actually had someone try to tell me I might need to tighten screws and check to see if i installed it correctly, I replied what does that have to do with the thermostat having intermittent problems opening and closing. So after every attempt not to refund me was made it was the fine print that i could read back word for word that got me my money back. ... show more
