Very easy to install. One thing i did not like about it is that there was no writing on the themostat to tell what temperature. I just wanted to make sure it was the right temperature setting. It wasnt on the box either. Not too big of a deal. Installed it easily and works. Before my temperature of the truck would hover above 200 and kept jolting back down. Now with this it just sits perfectly at 190. Only time will tell how long this unit will last. Looks and feel sturdy but it is a chinese part. ... show more

    • Fixed my 2006 Cummins problem
My 2006 Dodge Ram diesel was heating up a little bit....about 3/4s of the way up on the gauge. Replaced it with this factory temperature Gates thermostat and no more heating up. This is the second time I've had to do this. The other one lasted about 50,000 miles. Well worth it.
