Terrible Experience — Do Not Waste Your Money I purchased this pressure washer and also paid for the protection plan through asurion expecting that if something went wrong, I would be taken care of. Unfortunately, the pressure washer stopped working, and I have been dealing with this company for the past 4 months trying to get the issue resolved. For 4 months, I have been given the runaround with no real resolution. They have not replaced the pressure washer, repaired the issue, or provided a reasonable solution. I have repeatedly reached out, only to continue getting excuses and being passed around. What is the point of paying for a protection plan if the company refuses to stand behind it when you actually need it? I purchased this equipment for my business, so having it sit unusable for months has been extremely frustrating and has affected my ability to work. I would not recommend this protection plan based on my experience. Before purchasing, make sure you understand exactly what you’re paying for because my experience has been that getting the company to actually honor the protection plan is a completely different story. 4 months and still no resolution. Extremely disappointed.

Note: Repurposed ASIN. My review reflects a power washer hose not the current listing of a pressure washer. Therefore, 3 stars to “keep it neutral”. I have a few electric pressure washers at this point. They all have 20-25 foot hoses…with proprietary connectors…ugh! To give some context, it appears that many consumer hoses use M22-15 connectors, but some use M22-14, which is typically what pros use. Hose size typically uses 3/8” inch connectors, whereas nozzle side used 1/4”….with hose size diameters varying as well. And then there are the bayonet connectors on the nozzle side, and then mushroom headed injector connectors on the consumer hoses...and even those vary among manufacturers. What a mess! So be sure of what connectors your pressure washer has, and obtain the appropriate adapters to this hose. 25 feet is great for washing a car, but I also plan to “soft wash” my house and roof. While I could run extension cords and hoses to get the pressure washer up to the roof, it’s far simpler to just extend the pressure hose. (FYI: Research “soft wash”; do not “power spray” your house or roof…or car). So for now I’ll deal with and buy adapters for the M22-15 and proprietary connectors on my electric PWs, but will stick to M22-14 connections where I can; especially since that will be the most common if I ever upgrade to a gas PW. I have no reference for comparison to pro or high-end hoses, but I can say that this hose is a solid step or two above the hoses that came with my electric pressure washers. The included hoses are rigid and “hard rubber/plastic-ey” whereas this one is more of a textured softer PVE…and though both are 1/4", this hose has a slightly larger diameter. Something I noticed about PW hoses is that the hole on the hose connectors is rather small…9/64” (3.57mm) by a drill bit test; on this hose and on one of my PW included ones. Perhaps the whatever flow restriction from the connectors is insignificant at the expected/typical pressure and flow rate, but wonder why the connector hole diameter isn’t closer to 1/4” like the hose. Even quick connector holes are smaller than the hoses they fit. Anyway, I’m digressing…I suppose I’ll just punt those questions to the engineers.

Pressure washer replacement hose is very stiff and coils constantly. I was able to stretch it about 10 feet before having to disconnect and attempt to uncoil it again. For the price, it’s fine. It is labeled as Flexible and is FAR from that. I’ve used it 3 times and it seems durable. In my opinion, it’s just too much work to constantly untangle it during use. If you are looking for a rigid hose, this is a great value.

I was looking for something that was long enough for every work, really simple to manage, and powerful enough to withstand tremendous pressure without flinching since it is just what I required. Not only is this hose extremely flexible, but it also happens to be one of my favorite features of it. Even when it is completely stretched, it does not make any twisting or kinking motions when I am moving around. This enables me to reduce the amount of time I spend working and eliminates the need for me to stop every few minutes to untangle knots or adjust the washer. It moves so smoothly that it can easily navigate around corners, under furniture, and across uneven floors. It is great for washing my car in the driveway or reaching the far end of my patio because the length of 33 feet is wide and useful. I also used it to clean the siding of my shed, and I was pleasantly pleased by how far I could reach without needing to extend the length of the tool. The hose appears to be of great quality and of long-lasting construction. Even when subjected to high water pressure, it maintains a solid connection and does not leak. There is little doubt that it is constructed to last, and the material that covers it appears to be resistant to abrasions and the elements. In addition, I enjoy that it does not grow stiff even when the weather is changing and that it maintains its coolness. Remarkably simple is the process of coiling this hose once the task has been completed. It is not necessary to wrestle with it because it is lightweight and compact enough to be stored properly.
