Customer service was excellent. I had some trouble getting the cooktop connected to a propane take, but they went above and beyond in my opinion to help me navigate getting it connected and working. The cooktop looks nice and is a good value. I am disappointed with the variation of the flame size though. The difference between the high and low setting is minimal. The high setting seems good, but the low setting tends to be a bit higher than what I would prefer. Adjusting the knobs only works for about half of the setting allowed for it. It's kind of hard to explain, but the knob's turn on at the high position (at the 9 o'clock position). The lowest setting position for the knob is at the 6 o'clock position. However adjusting the flame only works between the 7 and 6 o'clock positions. Between 9 and 7 o'clock positions there is no adjustment happening to the flame, it just stays at the high flame until approximately 7 o'clock when it finally begins to adjust down the flame. The cooktop I give 4 stars, but for how awesome the customer service was, I will give it 5 stars. It's rare to have a customer service team help the way they did.

Pretty easy to install if you know what to do. The knows are a bit hard to turn on. The pilot like works but flames takes time to flare up.

Doesn't come with a gas regulator or any standard size. Natural gas connection threading. Good luck hooking up this cooktop anywhere in North America without having a Jimmy rig unrecommended adapters.

This cook top works great. Well made and sturdy. Customer service was exceptional. Note, we needed it to work with propane, although it is convertible from natural gas to propane, finding the correct hose connection was very difficult. Once found, it all came out fine.

This stove cover looks fairly nice with the exception of the dimples introduced to the top face by the handles being crushed into the wood during transport. I got this because I don’t have a lot of kitchen counter space in my house and most of what I have is covered with counter top appliances and food storage containers so I was hoping to be able to use this over my stove as a work space for making bread and pasta. However with the side rails being warped or bowed I’m not sure how well it will work when I need a flat surface to work off of when rolling dough out with a rolling pin. I’m not sure who came up with the bright idea of bowing or arching these things considering they are often advertised as being used for serving trays as well. I certainly don’t think placing unstable objects on an arched tray and relying on them not to slide, roll or fall off is such a brilliant idea either. The wood looks nice and it is light weight which makes it easy to move around and store when the stove is needed. I’m not sure if I can soak or steam this thing then block the sides to see if I can level or flatten it out, but I may give it a shot. Hopefully the glue is not water soluble or I may end up with a pile of kindling. So if you’re looking for a flat surface to work off of, this is not one of them. Weigh your needs and desires carefully before ordering one of these for your own kitchen.
