Pretty sturdy design. Kinda wished the pulluo bar on top had some grip and idk if its just the lighting but the back sliding rails for the oully assembly are actually painted gray with texture kinda counterintuitive instead of the smooth chrome for the slide. Had to remove the mounting bracket off the back for accessories due to worry about accidently hitting head on metal tanks sticking out. Instructions to assemble it are terrible. But a little bit of common sense will walk you through the process. Packing is also terrible, but nothing was damaged, maybe a few scraps on the paint finish. Plan on using some ratchets instead of the flimsy wrenches they give you. Don't tighten the bolts until the frame is put together, then tighten everything down, it needs wiggle room to put together. But after it is all said and done, I do like it, and I would buy it again. It took about 3-4 hours in total to put together for me (I had to stop and come back a few times). Pretty sturdy and the cable system works well. Overall really solid for At home set up.

It take a few hours to put together yourself. There is a video on the website that shows you how to put it together as well as instructions. Its solid. You'll have to load the bullies evenly or it will rub on the guide and wont be smooth. As long as its loaded even it works great. For example if you want to to chest flys with both bullies you will need to put on 4 plates to keep it balanced. 2 plates for the left pully and two for the right. You can do everything with this power rack! ... show more
