It came with a couple damaged sheets so I purchased 4 12’ and 4 16’ sheets to use on the roof instead of having so many seems on the roof to reduce risk of leaks and to increase the strength of structure and used the small roof panels to close in the walls. I recommend using string lines to assemble structure before applying sheets and add more bracing from roof to support poles and consider a galvanized structure before purchasing because everywhere you scratch it will rust. I wanted to cancel order and purchase a different one right after I ordered it but they told me I couldn’t and would have to receive it than not except but they dropped it off and it would be a hassle to send back so many big heavy boxes so I made do with it but I would build my own if I had to do it again. The edges of roof panels are bent back on both sides so no matter what you do, you will see a bent edge that holds water and debris because it’s bent the wrong way and everywhere they overlap you will have a gap. Be aware that the instructions to assemble structure is faulty and the metal of this structure is of poor quality. The screws don’t match the color of panels but that will be the least of your worries.

Assembly can be a little overwhelming but start at the base and work up from there the instructions aren’t clear .. two people can easily put this up .!!

This item has been a nightmare. Metal roofing is dilled in wrong places. Leaving open holes throughout causing leaks. You have to drill the correct holes or use self tapping screws to get it work properly. Missing various pieces for support.

Several months ago I purchased the same carport in a smaller size. I found that it was simple to erect without any help. Lifting the roof to install the legs required a long pipe and a com-a-long. I lifted one corner and installed a leg then moved the pipe to the other end and installed the leg. Then I supported the center so the other legs could be attached. I did the same for the other side. Three days is all it took. About 18 hours. The only issue is that the number of screws didn’t match the instructions. I used steel roofing screws to complete the job. Two foot long rebar with washers welded on made good cheap anchors.
