I have put together many carport kits and from different manufacturers and this brand is by far the best in shipping protection/ packaging, no matter what brand there have been issues with damage parts or missing parts, and this brand customer support was the best out of all others, I was able to put it together by myself and I'm 70 years old, good instructions and lists on page what part numbers and quantity you'll be working with, good self tap screws that cut thru pretty easy, have had some where couldn't use without first pre drill holes which of course greatly increased install times, very sturdy unit and as with my previous unit from them this one should hold up very well in our very heavy winds, slight rain water leakage but have found out that all my kits except for one had slight leakage, consider it a good value for the money considering cost of some other units which didn't have as good of durability and cost me a lot more, very satisfied with this purchase and extremely satisfied with their outstanding customer support, will surely purchase from again when need another covering/ carport

Once we ordered the carport it got here in record time. As we began we were so happy to discover the durability and how solid it is. It is the best investment we have ever experienced. All parts were there and easy instructions to follow. It’s everything you need and want in a carport. It’s not often you can count on a company to deliver a product you can count on. It is high quality plus sturdiness. The price matched the value of the carport. I would buy this product over and over again!.

i would recommend this though there is a couple of issues one being the protective plastic on all the metal sheets, this was very time consuming and not sure why a thin piece paper wouldn't be a better idea. i would have gave it five stars but here is my reasoning. we recently had some wind up to 60 mph and the first storm ripped off one of the top metal cap pieces, so i re installed it, well less than a week later another top metal cap came off and this was a nightmare to try and get back on. I'm not sure why the instructions say to only secure the roof caps with two screws one on each end. well that's not enough and i have two top metal pieces never and looks horrible so this is why i took a star away. i would highly recommend to add more screws to the top metal cap two isn't enough.

Ordered once and only 4 of 5 boxes arrived. Back and forth with Amazon after waiting for a promised delivery that never happened to finally receive a full refund. Reordered and received all 5 boxes. Followed suggestions online to not assemble the roof on the ground because the weight would be too heavy to lift up and install legs under. Used step ladders to install the tin on the roof. Realized as we were installing the metal that there was no way to secure both ends of the ridge cap. We installed the ridge cap as we were able to, but because we couldn’t put it on until there were several roofing panels already installed after the first one there was no way to reach back far enough to secure the end furthest from us. Not sure how to resolve as the roof will not support weight without denting or bending. Possibly would have still been an issue on the ground, because how one would stretch out far enough to reach the center I’m not sure. That said, so far so good. It looks nice assembled and even without both ends of the ridge cap being screwed down my SUV stayed dry in recent storms and the roof did not leak. Would I buy it again? Probably. For the price it does what it is supposed to do.
