Bought 2 of these at the same time for my daughters’ room. Unfortunately when they arrived they came in two different colors. Not drastically different but different enough. Fortunately customer service with Amazon was great. I was given two options to return one and have another arrive or be refunded a certain amount. We went with the refund option only because I couldn’t be certain I’d get the right color again and I had already assembled them both. I bought this for my daughter’s room. It’s a stylish bed for the price, but the stitching on the footboard arrived frayed and coming apart. When I contacted the seller, they were very difficult—they refused to send a replacement part and tried to pressure me into taking a refund via PayPal instead of through Amazon. I eventually had to contact Amazon Customer Service directly to get a partial refund for the defect. If you buy this, check the upholstery immediately.
