Chair was delivered several days ago, and it came in a nicely packaged box. All parts of the chair was securely packed and included. Instructions were very decent and assembly was done without any issues. Wow, the chair is solid and works very well!! Reclining speed is on the slower side, but that's actually what we prefer for safety reasons. The heat and massage functions as described, although we haven't used that too much yet. Remote for both works well, with the reclining remote programmable to 2 desried recline positions. Overall a fantastic chair for this price! ... show more

Great looking recliner. Small footprint. Comfortable to sit in and instruction video make it very easy to put together. I bought two for our bedroom. One arrived in perfect condition and the other had a red mark on the right outer side that I could not get out but we put it so that side faced towards the other one with a small table in between, so it is not that noticeableand not worth trying to return. Heat is subtle but relaxing. Massage function is good for the price point and is relaxing but as expected, not like a more expensive massage chair. Only complaint is the footrest should raise more than it does. Even fully reclined the foot rest seems low but for the price point it is a solid deal and I do not regret my purchase. ... show more

This product sucks. We got it two times and now I can’t even get a shipping label to get it back. The screws in the bar will not fit in evenly and it makes a cracking sound when it goes up and it will not even take a person in it all the way back do not buy it. It’s terrible.

I purchased two of these and they are the best choice. From the adjustable recliner, to the heat and massage..perfect. If I had to change anything it would be that the massage and heat had an option where they didn't time out.
