I really like this corduroy rocking chair! The color is a cooler, neutral brown which actually matches my living room very well. The chair itself has good quality parts. My husband put the chair together in about 30 minutes. He mentioned that he liked that the wood is smooth to the touch so he didn't get any splinters during assembly. He said that it came with everything needed to assemble including screws and a screw tool. He did, however, say that having a screwdriver on hand would be helpful. It comes with anti scratch pads for the bottom of the rocking chair that are meant to be stick on. However, when we tried removing the paper strip backing, the adhesive came off along with it. Since the chair is being used on a tile floor, we just chose to not use the pads. The chair rocks well and feels sturdy. The corduroy material is soft and comfortable. I also quite like the matching corduroy lumbar pillow that comes with it. It comfortably seats my 6 foot husband which I was surprised at. My 4 ft 2 child can also sit in it comfortably as well. I think this is a nice modern rocking chair that can actually look intentional outside of a nursery room. I have a lot of products from this brand and to be honest, I enjoy their items due to their good and consistent quality. This rocking chair is great and a good pick if wanting to choose a modern over traditional look. One thing to note is that the chair stays at an angle until you sit in it. Some baby rocking chairs sit with the back straight up then angle with movement. This chair will stay sitting at an angle due to the rounded legs. If that doesn't bother you, it's a great chair!

Okay so I am not expecting, nor do we have little ones yet, but I saw this rocking chair on here and I just had to order it! The mental image of Me gently rocking away in my bedroom while reading & occasionally looking out the window at my yard below, just wouldn’t stop popping into my mind. My brain was alerting me to what it needed the most, a space at home made for its relaxation. Well - I ordered this wonderful rocking chair & it’s definitely my new favorite spot in our home. The cushions are plush and soft, and the backrest is oversized just enough to where I can sink into it if I feel like it. The wood for the frame and rocker bottom is of superior quality, natural in color, and has a wonderfully smooth finish. It was super easy to assemble, came nearly complete, and worth every moment of what it took to complete. It is simply beyond comfortable. Many years since having sat in a rocking chair and can safely say I’m glad that’s been remedied. The rocking motion is effortless & wonderful, somehow brings a peacefulness over me. It’s also silent when in motion which is also SO important. Squeaks and creaks would definitely spoil the vibe, so pleased even further on that aspect. Honestly in my humble opinion - you need to give this caretaker chair a try. It’s a lovely place to put your feet up, relax, reflect, read, or gossip on the phone with a friend, even swiping right or left would become comfy. 😄 Great quality piece of furniture and a peaceful piece of furniture. Worth every penny and hope it will last until I’m an old(er) woman many years from now.

I really struggled to decide how many stars to give this rocking chair. On one hand, the materials and workmanship appear to be a very good quality. It is a solid chair, very comfortable, arrived well packaged and undamaged. It rocks nicely and would be great in a nursery, living room, familly room, or bedroom. Brown is not exactly my favorite color, but the fabric seems of decent quality and I am pretty sure I can change it out to better match my decor. So why the struggle to decide on the number of stars? DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR IF YOU HAVE NO BUILDING SKILLS. Not a single paper was included, we were unable to find anything online for assembly instructions, just NOTHING. I am very fortunate - I have a mechanical guy who actually loves the challenge, but even he was frustrated at there being no documentation whatsoever. Here is his most important tip: DO NOT TIGHTEN SCREWS UNTIL ALL HAVE BEEN PUT IN. Otherwise, it will not go together. Great chair, but buyer beware about the assembly!
