This mushroom-style twin bed is absolutely adorable and makes a really fun statement in a kid’s room. The fuzzy upholstered headboard has a soft, cozy texture and the mushroom design is unique and playful. The colors are warm and earthy, and it looks just like the photos. Once assembled, the mattress fit perfectly inside the frame and feels sturdy. The bed also does not slide around. Assembly, however, was a bit frustrating and took longer than expected. There are quite a few screws and steps, and the small Allen wrench that comes with it isn’t the best quality. Mine actually started to strip while tightening the screws, which made it harder to finish putting everything together. If you have your own Allen wrench or hex bit set, I would definitely recommend using that instead to make the process easier. Despite the assembly hassle, the finished bed looks really nice and feels solid once it’s all put together. The fuzzy fabric and cute mushroom shape make it a standout piece that kids will love. Overall, it’s a great-looking bed with a fun design—just be prepared to spend a little extra time on assembly!
