First off, I did no receive any discounts or free merchandise for this review and have had a variety of different tool chest over the years including Craftsman and Big Hadware Store brands. I can safely say that this chest is right in line with the standard grade models found in all the Lowes and Home depots. It was delivered via truck on a small pallet and the only significant assembly was installing the 6 very heavy duty castors on the bottom. It will take two people to turn the unit on it's side to accomplish this and be aware that you will need a set of long metric allen wrenches to install the bolts. Not easy but not hard either. A 7" long allen wrench would have been nice to include with the parts. It weights a good 150 pounds and does not feel flimsy at all. I don't own a truck so having it delivered for "free" was a big deal to me. The drawers are on ball bearing slides and feel fine. It comes with two sets of keys, one for the drawers and one for a locking small cabinet. The castors also lock securely to hold the chest in place. The wood top is of average construction and fine for working on. There is a built in power strip on the one side with a 6' cord which is a nice touch. The metal pegboard is very sturdy and will hold quite a bit of weight if needed. It also includes a soft removable felt type drawer liner that should work for most applications. This is very good (bang for the buck) purchase. Packaging was good , no defects, very high quality castors and the peg board is attached on a hinge so u can use it or fold it away behind the unit. Remember though you get what you pay for. Some chests have ball bearing drawers that roll out effortlessly and return with slight push and some have heavier gauge steel. If it was my living I’d probably upgrade but you’d pay 3 times the amount. This is great for an amateur mechanic but maybe not for every day use. But it is definitely a great buy for the money. ... show more

Showed up damaged shipping box was destroyed the metal peg hole backing all dented. top was broke, all but 1 drawer is locked and there are no keys. This is a very heavy item and their solution was for me to ship it back...lol for this much money I really expected A LOT better item.
