Absolutely fantastic!! I would give it 10 stars if I could.. Do NOT listen to the reviews that say you need refrigerant!! You will need someone to pull a vacuum on the lines once installed, or buy a vacuum pump and do it yourself like I did.. But the unit comes pre-charged with refrigerant.. If you have it installed by an A/C company and they say it needs refrigerant, THEY ARE LYING and trying to charge you for something you don't need!! My daughter and I did it by ourselves!!! It did take us about 4 to 5 hours though..

That’s seriously fast! This is perfect for anyone who wants to get to the perfect temperature quickly. I’ve tested it in both cooling and heating modes, and it’s been effective in both. I was hoping it was like some other units. I'd seen that I had pre-charge lines but that's not the case here.

So far so good! The machine gets very cold. I measured 45.5 degrees Fahrenheit coming out with inlet air being about 70 degrees- and outside being 90. The indoor and out door units are very quiet. The value for money here is incredible. Performance seems to be impressive so far. Installation wasn’t too bad but this was also my second install, you might want to graduate from YouTube university first or get a professional to install for you. If you DIY it’s not bad at all. I will update if anything goes wrong with the machine.
