Update: I had left a 2-star review due to the connector breaking off so easily on one of my panels. The company contacted me and sent a full 4-head replacement. For that excellent customer service, and due to the otherwise excellent quality and actual results, I'm upgrading my review to 5-stars. I've also added a photo of one of these units lighting my wildly successful Kratky hydroponic lettuce (the lights are on 16-hrs/day, supplementing a northeast corner window that is also lightly shaded by a thin jacaranda tree). Original review: Good value, good results with the plants. But VERY FRAGILE USB-C connector breaks off with the slightest twist or pull on the power cable. I like these, I own 3 of the 4-lamp sets. But one of them is now only 3-lamps. I guess I still recommend them, especially if you want to run off a 12V DC feed (off-grid solar) like I am. But BE CAREFUL and GENTLE, if you don't want to break off the impossible-to-repair power connector (SMD port soldered on by a robot). ... show more

Ordered a set for my plant shelf and I liked them so much that I came back for more. Not only do my plants love them, but the light is very pleasant for me as well. The color is like real sunlight, and I have the option of three different setting depending on what my plants need. I also like that I can set the timer for 16 hours (the other plant lights I have only went up to 12.) They were easy to attach to the wire shelves of my plant rack with the included zip ties. I was surprised at how tiny and thin they are. I relied on past reviews as the basis of buying. They are exactly as advertised. Depending on how you want to mount them, don't rely on the sticky tabs to hold them in place for too long. There are 4 holes on each light. Get extra zip ties. The brightness is great but the panels are so small there is really not great overall projection if they are hung low, which is what I wanted to get my seeds germinated. But from around 8" up the projection on all sides are great! The timer and spectrum is as described and the product is very light weight and easy to install. If you have established seedlings or plants these lights will be perfect for you. I will purchase again depending on seed growth. ... show more

Witerized our beloved pond plants by moving them indoors in a bathtub. Bunch of Lillie’s, Jennies, red roots, garlic,, Irish moss, etc. The plants seem to be doing better indoors under these lights. The Lilly even bloomed. Highly recommend.

    • These lights work but, protruding USB connection and lack of memory...

Well, they light up well but... Problems: 1- The USB C connection takes up WAY too much room, an entire inch, at the end of the light. This makes it impossible to mount under my terrariums lid. 2- The USB C connector on the light will easily break right off the lights with any force, and they are snug. 3- You cannot use your own timer. These lights have no memory if disconnected from power. This is a deal breaker for me. A small power glitch and the light will never come on unless you manually turn it on. If you are on vacation, and your power has a quick outage, you'll come home to plants that have had no light. Pros: They are bright and function well. The built in controller works as designed. All and all these are just not for me, not for my application. ... show more
