Update: I had left a 2-star review due to the connector breaking off so easily on one of my panels. The company contacted me and sent a full 4-head replacement. For that excellent customer service, and due to the otherwise excellent quality and actual results, I'm upgrading my review to 5-stars. I've also added a photo of one of these units lighting my wildly successful Kratky hydroponic lettuce (the lights are on 16-hrs/day, supplementing a northeast corner window that is also lightly shaded by a thin jacaranda tree). Original review: Good value, good results with the plants. But VERY FRAGILE USB-C connector breaks off with the slightest twist or pull on the power cable. I like these, I own 3 of the 4-lamp sets. But one of them is now only 3-lamps. I guess I still recommend them, especially if you want to run off a 12V DC feed (off-grid solar) like I am. But BE CAREFUL and GENTLE, if you don't want to break off the impossible-to-repair power connector (SMD port soldered on by a robot).

These are fantastic grow lights. They have worked well in my little green house growing tomato plants. Easy and quick to install. Great fit for my green house. I just bought more for my other green house I just bought.

I enjoyed the lights and easy install for 2 months then they stopped working. I would not recommend for long term use. I upgraded the rating because seller reached out to replace or refund super fast. Will try lights again!

Trash. I was waiting to review these, and was SO happy to find lights with a 16 hour timer function. Anywaaay, yesterday, I bumped the cord and the port broke clean off of the panel. Just now, the exact same thing happened. I notice now that, in my other sets, the USB port is encased in a box to protect it - not so much on this set. Huge bummer, don't bother. Idk what magnet these review ideas are talking about, but I realize now that the model number in the instructions doesn't match the one on the product. Womp womp.

These are great lights. They're large and throw good light, I've used banks of them this winter to grow many starter vegetables and herbs inside in preparation for the growing season. The plants grow well under them, but you'll need more than you think. I use seven per shelf. The ONLY drawback is the durability of the USBC connection. After reading reviews and identifying this concern from others, I took the time to reinforce all the sockets with hot glue. Still, I have experienced one failure of the solder joint to a USB socket even with glue reinforcement. I would recommend anyone using this product to put hot glue over the socket to make it a little bit stronger, but still use caution when handling the panels as the joint can still break.

They work great while they work other then that they die after a few months. I literally ordered in February and it’s April and they won’t stay on for more than an hour it’s such an inconvenience. Save your time and sanity and just get different better lights. They fall super easily but they are easy to install and super thin, they have pros but the dying after a few months sucks because I’m out 40 buck and now have no light.

Ordered a set for my plant shelf and I liked them so much that I came back for more. Not only do my plants love them, but the light is very pleasant for me as well. The color is like real sunlight, and I have the option of three different setting depending on what my plants need. I also like that I can set the timer for 16 hours (the other plant lights I have only went up to 12.) They were easy to attach to the wire shelves of my plant rack with the included zip ties. There's also adhesive pads if you want to put them on a regular shelf. Very functional lights, whatever your setup is.

had a love/hate experience with these grow lights. When I first got them (purchased September 4, 2025), I honestly loved them. The brightness was great, my plants responded really well, and they fit perfectly into my setup. I even liked them enough to share on my ShopMy page because at the time, they were doing exactly what I needed. However, after about 6 months of use, they started flickering on and off. At first it was occasional, but within a few days it got worse—and now they won’t turn on at all. For something that’s used daily and marketed for plant growth, I expected a longer lifespan. Not even making it a full year is disappointing, especially considering how important consistent lighting is for plant health. To be fair, when they worked, they worked well—which is why I’m giving them a 3.8/5 instead of lower. But reliability matters just as much as performance, and that’s where these fell short. Bottom line: Good performance short-term, but I wouldn’t repurchase unless durability improves.
