I hate this bike trainer with every fiber of my being. It has never once worked properly for me. Every single time I try to use it I have to spend 45 min getting it to work bc things are loose, or not setup properly. The through axel broke, and the screw underneath the drum that controls the levels broke, so now I can't raise it to my tire height. This is garbage, stay away ... show more

Well, I was hoping I could use this while stuck at home for the winter; a core anchor area is missing from the structure to where it is not safe for use. Hope Garmin can help replace the motor due to the missing screw secure area.
