I’ve been a trucker for a long time now, my old Garmin went out on me after 5 years this one is better it updates with traffic, has all the info for low bridges and weight restrictions easy to use

I recently started truck driving and need a good trucker GPS. I have a Garmin GPS sport watch that works great so I bought this one. Well. This GPS works but has some terrible traits. There has been too many times this GPS lead to roads that was not meant for class A vehicles, even though I set the settings correctly. Also typing in an address on it is a whole other crappy adventure . P.s. I wish they would update the maps because too times this thing lead me to the wrong place🤦🏿. ... show more

It is 90% effective. It has tried to take me down streets that are set as No Trucks, so I have had to make on the fly adjustments in an 18 wheeler, not fun. One issue is once you connect it with your phone for the dezl app for weather and traffic, it takes over. It demands to be your speaker phone and your music player. Annoying. The biggest issue is these goofy blocks that come up on the screen for Truck Destinations. In warehouse areas it puts so many on the screen you cannot see the map. You literally cannot see where you are going on the map. I have discussed this with the manufacturer and there is no way to remove them. I would not buy it again for this reason. ... show more
