I purchased this item as it was similar to the Italian ones my father favors which are no longer available on Amazon. It was installed following the directions, cold water run through before switching it to hot and the water did get hot… for 15 seconds and then nothing but cold water. This is not worth the effort of purchasing, installing, uninstalling and returning. Time is valuable and my time was wasted on this. I do not recommend. I requested to return the item as defective and get a refund and 3 days later I received another one from Amazon! I had the return label, but had surgery the day after the install and subsequent failure of the product. It was 2 weeks later that I had bought of them in boxes with return labels printed, used my tape to seal both packages and used my gas in my car to drop them off at the UPS pick up location. More of my time wasted. Don’t be like me and waste your time on this item which is not worth your time, money, and effort. I do not recommend! ... show more

    • I purchased this and when it was installed it was shocking the person when they touch the hand head.
THe plumber said it appearedto be used. It weas passed the time to send it back

    • Money gone wasted
I bought this in March and it said it's 240v as soon as I installed it it tripped the breaker and burn.Bought all the breakers that was required and now I lost my money and can't even speak to the seller. I paid so much for this cause I live in the Caribbean

No me agrado nada ya que vino dañado y he sufrido descarga eléctrica gracias a Dios no paso mayor cosa .. quizás fue en mi caso y no en todos. Lo cierto es que al parecer esta vino dañado. El mayor problema paso que cuando estaba en agua fría está emitía corriente a sus accesorios y si la colocaba en agua caliente no daba corriente pero al estar en electricidad 220 calentaba de tal manera que me quemo la mano .
