Great rug. We love it. The only unfortunate thing that happened was, after we unrolled it and finished decorating a newly renovated bedroom, we noticed that there was fraying in a small part towards the middle of the rug. The type that was small but should be cauterized (?) to stop it from fraying more. Anyway. I emailed the company a month after the original 30 day return deadline and explained what happened (that we didn’t inbox and inspect it until after we finished reno). After confirming our address, I was delighted to hear a replacement rug already on the truck and an email copy with the shipment/tracking info… Great rug made by a great company. 👍 ... show more

I found this to be better quality than expected. It’s a decent thickness and the underside is slightly nonslip but it does move a little bit but nothing awful. It’s black so it shows every piece of light dirt but that’s not the rugs fault just because it’s all black, something to consider a quick vacuum takes care of the problem. It comes folded so it does take a while for it to flatten completely but it’s a solid budget friendly choice. ... show more

The rug is good quality. I love the design, it makes it look rich. The texture is kinda rough, not really soft. I got the seafoam color...thinking it would be more blue/green but it looks like a dingy gray. Not vibrant at all and kinda disappointed in the color tbh. So... I am an avid Amazon customer, and I usually know the quality of what I am going to get. Sometimes I choose to purchase lower quality because that's the type of product I need for the situation. If I need top quality, I know how to find it and I pay an appropriately higher priced item. In this case, I knew I wasn't buying a top quality rug. I was okay with that. I read the reviews and even the less positive reviews described what I needed-- a thinner, synthetic monochromatic rug. I think I had reasonable expectations. What I received was actually SHOCKING. The rug I received in the 12 x 12 size is SO BAD! I think I may have received one that someone returned? Half of the rug looks tattered and has holes where there were previous snags. The raised part that creates a patters is in worse shape on that half. Then the other half looks a bit better. If the whole thing looked like the better half, it would be much better. The way it is shipped is HORRIBLE. It is folded up and crammed into a box. Not rolled. Not protected by plastic. Nothing. Folded up like an old blanket and shoved in a box. Again, I'd be fine with the packaging except for the fact that it has left stretched out parts of the rug that will not settle down flat on the floor. It's terrible. Even though the price I paid (around $180) for a 12 x 12 is very inexpensive for the size, I'm just not sure the rug is worth much of anything. It would better be described as an outdoor carpet or something suitable for a warehouse or industrial setting. Yuck. So disappointed with the 12 x 12. What's strange is that we also ordered a 5 x 7 in the same color, and it is totally fine. It looks much better. The backing on it is much sturdier, and therefore it lays flat and looks like a carpet should, even though it's thinner. ... show more

At first I was soooooo excited for my new rug it was the perfect size and didn't have much wrinkling but on the first day my dog tried to pick up his bone and it snagged the rug ripping a whole string out 😕
