I had to order twice. On the first, I couldn't complete assembly due to some bolt holes being misaligned by several inches. It was required to disassemble what had been done to ship back before receiving the second one. Assembly of the second item still required a little bending of the metal to get the holes to line up. Hence, my low rating for ease of assembly. Once assembly was completed, the main frame itself seems pretty sturdy although not sure how well it will hold up in the weather. The wire rack shelf is a thin metal unlike what I expected from the images and description. One might place some light items on it if the wind isn't too bad, but it isn't really sturdy enough to hang too much on. Overall, it does support my 50ft 5lb. hose just fine and it looks nice in the yard. ... show more

Decent product but only 12 of the 14 bolts required were included. Upgraded to 5 stars, after Amazon's customer service let me down, the seller stepped in and made it right, good product and great customer service. Would buy again.
