This was my first garden hose stand purchase for this season. Due to how well I liked this, I purchased another from this vendor of a different style for a 50 ft hose. This stand is well made. However one side had issues with the holes as they did not line up. Even after forcing the ones I could, there remained one screw that would not go flush in assembly. I like the simply design with the 3 hooks welded into the metal. I did not use the smaller hooks as I wasn't sure what they were for. Recommended for sure, especially is you have a 100 ft hose.

I have wanted to get my hose off the ground for some time without putting a hose holder on my house. I have an area of dirt/grass not far from my outdoor faucet so thought I would give this a try. Absolutely in love with it!!! It looks so good!!! Easy to put together and sturdy.

I was looking for something that was functional for my needs, fit my budget and was easy to put together and use. I'm not sure about the "thicker" metal, but the upper structure does support three hoses (expanding, light weight hoses) without issue. The metal bent a bit when screwing the prices together (used an electric screwdriver-might not have happened if using a manual screwdriver-i don't know). I ended up having to wear the ground when placing it because the spikes that support in the ground bent when trying to insert them into the ground. It has not leaned, bent, or given and issues with support after installation and it functions for my needs. I would have liked it to be a bit more "substantial" in strength, since it isn't particularly pretty or aesthetically pleasing (which is when I would have expected quality of structure to be of lesser priority), but as I said, it has continued to work. We will most likely avoid leaving it outside during our harsher winters to hopefully have it last more than one season.

The hose holder stand has square poles for added strength, was very easy to assemble, long stakes to hold it securely in the ground, and all of the necessary parts needed were included!

I purchased this product and it barely lasted a month and it was already broke; I noticed the base was wobbly, so I tried adjusting it in the ground only to discover it was broke at the base and had rusted when the seller claims it doesn't; also we have a 100 ft garden hose (contractor strength), so beware, because in my opinion this is so cheaply made and definitely not sturdy enough to hold a hundred foot hose; we had to purchase an additional hose stand with just one very sturdy center leg from a local farm and garden store, so we spent an additional $30 just to brace this cheaply made, overpriced item; I'm telling you buy something nicer!!!

The four stars should be questionable...depends on the user. Just installed in the yard so no real usage yet, but it sure seems sturdy enough to hold my 75' hose. Had trouble with a couple of the screws, doubt it will make a difference. Not sure what you mean by "light weight". Is it light as far as lifting it? I didn't have a problem. And who would want it to be light? Being light would not be sturdy.
