Not only does it not blow sufficient cold air, but it is also hell to trying to return! I was buying this for a garage space where I house my dogs, so once I opened it and realized the instructions didn’t even go with what they sent me I had to figure it out for myself and after a day or so it was not blowing enough cool air and the ice packs weren’t helping because they melted so fast and you would have to wait at least a day for them to freeze. It actually made my garage more humid! So then I started the return process, which they approved fairly quickly and sent me instructions to take it to the nearest UPS to be shipped back. So I boxed the big unit back up and attached the label, but once I got to the UPS store, I was notified that I would have to pay as much as I paid for the unit to ship it back. So I contacted Amazon who told me to contact the seller and the seller and I went back-and-forth from telling me that I was confused to think that it would not operate as a air conditioner since it was a swamp cooler??? , when I told them that the instructions didn’t even go with the unit, they sent me the correct instructions, which was crazy… to offering me $10 refund and I keep the unit to $20 refund and I keep the unit to $50 refund and I keep the unit. After consistent declines to their offer on my end, after about a month and a half and a half, they issued me a refund, making me have to store or be responsible for getting rid of the unit! If they don’t even want it back, that says a lot!!!

Performance is very bad, doesn’t cool room at all. It’s 76 outside and with it running on high it’s 80 degrees inside. Don’t but this product.
