Lights are great - very modern/different. We added LED light bulbs and the hallway where we installed them, is very bright! when the lights are turned on!! I was not home when they were installed, but there was a small issue due to the fact that the old light box area, was smaller, so the contractor had to make some minor adjustments. I would post a picture, but we are still finishing up the hallway (wood flooring needs to be installed and baseboards). But when the lights are on, the pictures we have on the walls stand out. I installed the ceiling lamp just right in the living room and it fit perfectly against the wall. I compared ceiling lamps from several companies and chose this one. Facts have proved that the simple style is the most attractive and practical. The brightness of this lamp is just right, neither very bright nor very dim, which makes me feel that it is not very dazzling. I love how it looks! It's super bright, flush mounted to the ceiling. For the price I doubt you'll find anything better. The only negative thing I can say about this product is the instructions suck! They give you an instruction sheet with pictures on it with no actual word instructions. I installed it wrong the first time around by not fishing the wires through the hole; I actually fished the ceiling wires down through the light hole instead of fishing the light wire up through the light itself. If the instructions were better it would have been an easy install like others have said. Other than the horrible instructions it is a really good flush mount bright LED light. And remember, Blue to white, Brown to black like someone else said in an earlier review. ... show more

Purchased two of these lights, one shown in images for a hallway, the other for laundry room (part of our long mission of replacing boob lights in our entire house! Uck) Its been about a month since my boyfriend installed them, quickly and with no complaints, so I assume if youre somewhat knowledgeable of electrical that it is pretty straight forward. The kelvin levels make the light like daylight bright! Our hallway is typically v dark with all the doorways closed, and this light was a much cheaper/quicker alternative to a skylight! Haha. The quality for this price is amazing really, exactly as expected. Looks more lux once up in place and out of your hands, which is exactly what you want for something that lives on the ceiling!!
