I bought this LED Wireless Controller for PS5 for my son and he absolutely loves it. The controller works very smooth and connects easily without any issues. Buttons feel responsive and comfortable during gaming. The LED lights look really cool and make the controller stand out. Battery life is also pretty good for long gaming sessions. The design feels solid and quality is nice for the price. My son has been using it every day and is very happy with it. Overall, a great controller for PS5 players and definitely worth buying.

Controller was defective from the start

This might be the most horrible controller I've ever purchased. Granted I may have just received a dude and other controllers that people receive are fine, but mine was a $40 dud. From the minute that I began using the controller the r1 & L1 buttons have been suspect. If you play a game where you have to hold down those buttons then good luck. The game I play the most is Dead by Daylight. I have to hold down r1 to fix the generators, but if I'm not holding the button with damn near all of my strength then I will stop and stand up every few seconds. You have to hold down L1 to run, but if I have to start running from a k!ller then my character will begin crouching instead and will get me k!lled. I was playing those for awhile but I when I started the game up today left and right directional buttons were getting stuck and began drifting. I literally received this controller 2 days ago. Never again!

Quality is hit or miss. I accidentally ordered two and I'm glad I did. I was replacing my original PS5 controller which had horrible drift. I ordered the first Gamrombo after seeing YouTube reviews. But somehow misplaced the package in the house. So I ended up ordering the second one. And of course I found the first one the day the second arrived. Plugged in the second one and it worked great out of the box. But after a couple weeks the right trigger button started sticking and then quit working. So I plugged in the original. Going on almost a year and it still works great. Holds a nice long charge. Zero stick drift. And all the buttons work as they should

2 buttons failed after 1 drop

The controller was working flawlessly but all it took was a single drop for it to be ruined. It fell on the floor and now both L1 and R1 buttons don’t click at all, even worse I have to press extremely hard for the buttons to even make an input. I’m completely stumped because when the controller fell, it did NOT land on said buttons. I tried to take the controller apart and work on it, I gently stretched the springs inside the mentioned buttons and doing so returned the classic “clicky” nature of the buttons, but still not the input sensitivity. I still have to press extremely hard for either button to work. I don’t know if I got extremely unlucky or if there’s a quality control issue or something but I’m highly disappointed because my financial situation I can’t just up and buy a new controller. Sucks that this happened. TD/DR don’t drop the controller if you can help it, my only real critique of the controller is that it has a noticeable latency.

Solid PS5 Budget Gamepad

After going through two official controllers with stick drift, I was fed up and wanted a cheaper third-party alternative. Surprisingly, there are very few options in the budget range; most third-party pads are "premium" models costing close to $200. I found this on sale for $40 and figured it was better than spending another $80 on a failing Sony controller. Build and Feel The first thing I noticed was how light it is. This makes sense, since it lacks adaptive triggers and true haptic feedback (it uses standard vibration instead). While adaptive triggers are a cool, I don’t really miss them. However, Sony’s haptics are definitely superior to standard vibration. Testing this in Astro’s Playroom, you no longer feel the subtle textures of the ground or the sensation of rain; it’s just standard light or heavy vibration. That said, the motors are strong and it isn't a dealbreaker for me. The controller has a textured grip (see pic) similar to an Xbox controller, which I prefer. The face buttons feel good and have the same travel depth as the original. The shoulder buttons are very clicky and also have a textured grip. The D-pad is similar to a standard Nintendo D-pad, relatively flat with a slight curve and a smooth finish. Performance The analog sticks feel great. The top edge of the sticks have the same texture as the DualSense. The lighting looks ok, though I keep it turned off. It also includes programmable macro buttons and a turbo feature; while I haven't used them yet, the instructions make the setup look fairly simple. Negatives Unfortunately it lacks a built-in microphone. It does have a headset jack, but if you're playing a game like Astro’s Playroom that requires you to blow into the mic to use abilities, you're out of luck, unless you plug in a headset. The built-in speaker is also a bit of a letdown; while it is loud, there is a noticeable static hiss during constant sound effects, like Astro’s footsteps. It sounds a bit cheap, though most games don't utilize the controller speaker heavily, so it isn't a constant bother. Finally, the face button icons are honestly pretty ugly. I assume it's a patent issue, as they have weird designs that vaguely resemble the standard shapes. Fortunately, it doesn't really matter once you're actually playing.
