This controller is kind of perfect for me. It's quite similar to the Playstation brand counterpart, though it has a few quirks that make it shine and perform amazingly well, in my experience. The durability is on par with other standard controllers, yet it feels different than the other ones - in a good way. It's comfortable to hold and the buttons are ultra responsive. They never stick in place and the control sticks have zero lag effect attached to them. One of those quirks I mentioned before, are the color shading around the buttons and the control sticks. They range from rainbow, to red, to blue, green, and so forth. Best of all is that you can keep the colors on or simply turn them off (to save even more battery power - which is also great). The vibration function with the controller again responds accurately to how the game in question exhibits proper feedback. In addition, there's a turbo button that you can program to your liking and - it comes in handy for those games that require you to rapid fire a button for maximum effect. It's microphone, though I almost never use it, is clear and crisp (I tested it out when I first received it). The home screen button in the middle, along with the select (option) and the start button are all superb. Connecting it to the actual console is a no brainer and efficient. Took me seconds to match it up and from that point on, you can activate your PS5 by pressing the PS button. I already ditched my my PS5 controller for this one, lol. I'm going to order another just to make my set complete. It's everything I wanted and more. Awesome purchase.

I can state with confidence that the Gamrombo LED Wireless Controller is an excellent substitute for the PS5 DualSense after using it for a few weeks. The quality is evident as soon as you take it up. During extended gaming periods the textured grips offer superior control and the ergonomic shape suits my hands flawlessly. The vivid LED lighting, however, is the true show stopper. It is not merely for show. It provides a level of realism that makes playing in a poorly lit room feel even more amazing. It felt as snappy as the original controller but with a distinctive personalized touch. The wireless connection to my PS5 Slim was perfect and instantaneous, with no discernible input latency. The Gamrombo controller's amazing feature set tailored for the die-hard gamer is where it really stands out. For games that demand quick button pushes or intricate command inputs, the macro and turbo features are a huge game changer. I have really benefited in competitive shooters and action role playing games. Additionally, you retain all of the original controller's immersive audio features thanks to the 3.5mm audio port and built in speaker. When combined with the remarkably accurate 6 axis motion control and precise dual vibration, this gamepad offers a comprehensive high fidelity experience that improves every facet of gameplay. Personal really review: The turbo button works as advertised. The arrow and buttons work good along with the movement sticks. The start and share buttons are good with no stick drift so far. I think the back pedals can occasionally get in the way leading to accidental touches but can be excused. The vibration is really good. The main issue with this controller I had is the trigger buttons. The l2 and r2 are decent but have an odd amount of resistance. However the L1 and R1 have a loud clicky and harsh resistance which make it feel really cheap. The next main issue is the audio. With my controller I get a constant grainy buzzing noise when using headphones as background noise wherein PlayStation or ps party that never happens with the original controller. No mute button at first doesn’t seem bad but can get really annoying and an inconvenience. The audio even with audiophile headphones will sound like it’s out a tin can and really bad, maybe due to a lack of power that can’t power higher tier headphones however I highly doubt it as ps5 controller could easily. Another issue is that the controller speaker audio plays through headphones in mono stereo for some reason?? And lastly my volume was always at max and even with minimum volume on the controller it’s extremely loud and awful. Basically, it’s a good xp farming controller or just a turbo button spam. However the buttons would feel awful for competitive play and never use headphones with this controller due to the multiple constant audio issues. Will likely return.

The controller itself is well built with buttons that feel high-quality. It’s impossible to verify the claims of a hall effect sensor without taking it apart which I don’t wanna do for fear of breaking something but I will take them at their word here. It works as expected on a PS5, as far as I can tell. As a replacement controller for a PlayStation five, this seems to serve its purpose just fine, however I don’t have a Windows computer to test with so I couldn’t really test that part of the capability but I did have some bizarre behavior on my Mac where I couldn’t get rumble or gyro to work . I’ve had a few of these china origin knock off controller types before and they are a bit hit and miss with compatibility outside of the targeted system. Also of note is that it comes with an instruction manual that suggests there might be a software update available , but the link is dead . So if this controller doesn’t work out of the box for some reason , I would not count on this company for any long term support . It either works as-is or you return it with this type of thing . Is it worth buying over a stock controller ? Probably yes to save a few bucks and for the macro functions , assuming you have a toddler who likes to destroy things in your house like me :) . However this may not be for everyone.. the original sony controller might be a better fit for maximum compatibility with PCs.

This controller works really well and connects easily. The LED lighting looks amazing and adds a great look to my gaming setup. The buttons and joysticks are responsive, making it a very solid alternative to the original controller for the price. I'm giving it 4 stars because the battery life could be slightly better when the lights are fully on, but overall, it is a fun and functional controller.

Ive bought 2 of these over a 2 year period. They are a good value for the money and they connect very well. The hall effect is nice because they don't develop the usual stick drift that the normal ps5 controllers do. They have a nice premium feel, they have color changing and additional buttons you can map on the bottom side of the controller. My only complaint is that the buttons loom weird, but I assume thats to avoid legal issues.

This is a good controller. It's light weight and has textured grips, bumpers & triggers. The LED lights are cool, and not too much. The downside of this controller is that the back mapable buttons are a little high on the controller depending on the size of your hand. They are also sloped a weird way, so instead of them being sloped more towards the handle it sloped away from the handle. This is still a good controller at a great price.

Controller works great! PS5 doesn’t like to recognize it on initial startup, but if you give it a minute it will recognize it and work as normal. Plugged in it recognizes it immediately. Honestly, a great controller. If you don’t wanna spend extra on an OEM, this one works great!
