My son and I upgraded to this mini PC bc he's not old enough to get his own gaming rig and we needed something in between. We also wanted something powerful but portable. This thing delivers on the power and portability. We've bought many mini PCs in the past but they all lag on even older games. With this we were able to play Cyberpunk and Red Dead Redemption without a hitch. Not at the highest resolutions as we had to turn it down, but at pretty high quality (we'll take quality over resolution). the 32gb of RAM is a lifesaver as is the 1TB drive (vs 16gb and 512gb ssds that is typical in others). setup was a snap--typical windows setup. much better and faster than a different mini pc that we just purchased that had a very modified installation process, which we thought was shady and we returned it. Also love the vertical form factor--huge space saver. LED lights are a neat plus for my kid , but wish it was able to be dimmed or turned off. Never gets too loud when being pushed to the limits. Overall , a worthy upgrade from our other mini PCs and by far the best so far. by a long shot.

Acemagic Mini PC is a beauty! In the beginning I had some reservation about these mini PC’s since they are so small and thermal dissipation might be a problem. In November 2024, I bought an Acemagic Model AD08 i7 Mini PC with 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD. I was completely won by it. It runs very quietly, occupies a tiny space, with all kinds of ports for connecting to internet, monitors, keyboards, mice and other devices. It can handle all my scientific computing programs. Internet browsing is very fast. I was very satisfied, so much so that I bought another similar Acemagic Model K1 Mini PC with a Ryzen 7 CPU. The Acemagic technical support is superb! When I had some problem with my first Acemagic, I contacted them, and within 24 hours they replied to me, within 7 days they replaced my old i7 Acemagic with a new Model S3A Ryzen 7 Mini PC, which has even a Display Port. Both the AD08 and S3A have a magnet secured side panel which can be easily pulled open to install additional RAM and SSD. It is very nice that Acemagic has installed Windows 11 Pro on both, while other vendors “recommend installing a fresh copy of Windows 11 Pro or Home.” One final observation is that these mini PC’s are not for gaming as they lack a powerful GPU.

This computer is very fast, it is a great value for the price I paid. I like that it has a second NVME slot, and it is so easy to access. I was worried that it would be noisy since it has a fast CPU, but it is pretty much silent, even on performance mode. I now have lots of Ace Magician computers. I plan to use it for many years.

This computer worked fine for 1.5 weeks. Then it just never turned on again. Yes we tried a new power cord. We had the same computer previously and the same thing happened after 2 years of it working fine (and after telling us to try a new power cord the previous seller stopped replying to messages completely) so I was hoping this new one would at least make it a few years like the last one. Returned for refund. Won't bother trying mini computers anymore, never had one that worked out great in the end.

The media could not be loaded. The ACEMAGIC MINI PC is an unusually shaped mini pc. However the different shape makes good sense, it allows the usb ports to be totally accessible. It has a total of 7 USB 3.2 ports, 6 of which are USB type- A, 2 of these are 10 GB and 4 are 5 GB ports and yes 1 USB type c port a speaker port as well as a HDMI and DP port The Ryzen 7 pro chip is great choice combined with a power switch that has 3 modes of operation going from quiet to performance with a manual adjustment setting for automatic to go between the 2 settings automatically. The combination of solid-state drive and the DDR 4 are memory completely (both of which are upgradeable) make this a totally peppy little package and small enough to hide behind your large screen tv for gaming fun! The ACEMAGIC even has a built lighting package that give it gaming look plus a downloadable program AMR5 RGB control software .Win11 PRO software I have owned this computer for a month and found that it does very well at everything at a very reasonable price. Plus, it is very easy to set up! If any thing thig changes I will update in one month

This is a good pc for work. Not a gaming device at all. This can't even achieve 120fps in Leagues of Legends without tweeks. So if it's for gaming, don't bother. The graphics card is a typical on board graphics card that has 512mb memory. It's fast for regular task though, so if it's for doing stuff outside of gaming it's great. On the other hand it is small. Doesn't support 2.5 ssd. I had to buy an enclosure for that. The other thing that pisses me off is that the dial doesn't actually affect Performance based on the in game tests I did. It only changes the color of the power button.
