Was packaged very securely with not too much room to move, and with very clear descriptions on what to do before turning on. runs really good and as most people should they should take a look at the components before turning on and everything was nicely placed within the case snug as a bug. I haven't received it yet but my 1st pc i bought from the was flawless. I've had for 3 years. I just ordered the 4080 rig coming from a 3070. I almost went with cuk computer upgrade king but way to many bad reviews. Even the 5 star reviews were only 5 star because of the customer service. Most people had hardware issues. I am so glad you are still on Amazon. If you put in the same effort as my prior pc i know it will be great. I will update the review for this pc when im done testing it. Update i have had for 4 days and like I suspected from my last pc from them it is flawless. I do have one complaint and that is the cpu aio. It is only a one 120mm fan and small radiator. But not a big deal my cpu doesn't go above 75c. ... show more
