Just purchased, plugged it in and everything seems to be running well. It does seem like this unit may not have been brand new with one of the cords without a bad wrapping it and the cord not zip tied. Not sure if it’s all units but this one in particular when it’s running and especially starting up, clicks. It’s like something inside moves or taps or shifts every once in a while. I haven’t explored what causes it yet but kind of annoying. The other thing is the hdmi to my monitor disconnects periodically and the screen goes blank for about 5-10 seconds. Not sure what the deal is or why but I might ask customer support on it. Other than that it seems fine. I’m gonna try out a heavy game at some point here but with how big games are it’s hard to put many on the device. ... show more

So I’ve had this PC for a few months and let me go through all the games I’ve played or couldn’t play on STEAM on this PC and the quality of the gameplay. Mass Effect Legendary Edition 1-3: Amazing graphics. No lag and no issues while loading. FPS is perfect on this game. NEVER CRASHED ONCE! Watch Dogs 1: Amazing Graphics. No lag and no issues while loading. FPS is perfect on this game. NEVER CRASHED! Watch Dogs 2: Graphics overall are good. While picking outfits the graphics on the shoes are terrible (originally played the game on PS4 and know what they’re supposed to look like). Initially time loading warned of graphics card issue (heads-up). Crashed only once. CyberPunk2077: MANY ISSUES!!! I started a gameplay, designed my character and begun a few missions. But say that you died during that gameplay, the likelihood of it crashing are high while loading back up from last save. Have not been able to play again. Even after trying to create another character and begin another play through, it crashes before the game even begins. Starfield: MANY ISSUES! I can open the game, with graphics card out of date warning popping up (even though it is up to date). All I can do is open to the main screen, I can not even create a character. Contraband Police: Works perfectly. Never lags or stalls out. Perfect FPS. NEVER CRASHES. House Party: Works Perfectly. Never lags or stalls. Perfect FPS. Never crashes. God Of War: works perfectly. I got it mainly to play a bunch of games and surprisingly, it does that very well! I mainly play phasmophobia and overwatch and it runs them near perfectly. I'm very surprised based on it's very small size. I also stream on it and it runs the twitch, obs, and the games great! I don't know how it would do with AAA games cause I've haven't played any yet, but I'm sure it won't be that bad. Overall, a very good PC for the price and size! ... show more

It is a fast computer and I really like it. Bought it to make Movies using Cyberlink which works great. The only issue I have with it are the bright led lights. There is no way to turn them off or down without downloading a Chinese app and my antivirus software says don't install it. It would be great if they would have it certified by Microsoft and added to the Microsoft store so it can be safely downloaded and used. ... show more

So I bought this primarily to use on the road as an editing computer, as I did not want to take my heavy laptop with me. I can say, that even with a 2TB Sabrent Rock 4 Plus and 64GB of RAM (It says upgradable to 32GB, but this computer is reading the full 64) the video is still jittery in Premier Pro 2023. Premiere does smooth out the video a bit. And yes you can still edit on it. But you are not going to get any kind of smooth playback using the Sony codec or BRAW. So, I would look for a light laptop for editing and skip the mini PC. For gaming, IDK cause I haven't tried it. ... show more

Bought this computer as a simple gaming computer. It performs exactly as expected and the performance increase over our old system is most welcome. You can easily add a SAS drive to expand capacity. We use it mainly for World of Warcraft and a couple other MMOs, which it runs without issue. We did have an issue with the system not displaying the video. Tech support was very responsive.     • A great PC in a little package!

I ordered this when my previous PC's motherboard and graphics card both died, and it was more cost-effective to replace than to look for parts for a decade-old system. In searching through prebuilt systems, I came across this and thought that it seemed like a good deal - in fact, it almost seemed a little too good, and I was slightly skeptical of what kind of performance I'd be getting from a mini PC at this price point. However, it has met and exceeded my expectations! After upgrading the hard drive inside (which was not necessary, I just wanted more drive space), this mini Ryzen has done and played everything I want it to! I don't play any of the latest and greatest PC games, so I cannot give a review of its performance on any recent titles. But for games such as Skyrim, Left 4 Dead 2 and Madden NFL 22, it has performed very admirably! I have noticed no issues when playing any of these games, and it feels like the system could definitely handle some newer titles than what I have. I have only had one issue since my purchase, and it was entirely a Microsoft issue, not an ACEMAGIC one. Windows 11 wouldn't install some updates, and after a full day of troubleshooting, I ended up having to reinstall Windows. I needed a little help getting this done, but between their support team's emails and some Googling, I was able to get back up and running in no time! All in all, this has so far proved to be a great purchase, and I'm considering buying a second (or at least, another product from ACEMAGIC) when it's time to replace my mom's PC! ... show more
