Complete waste of money and time. When I first used this PC yesterday, everything was in Chinese and I had to spend hours switching the languages to English. The second time I tried to use it I received an error message and needed to restart. Despite several attempts to restart it was still giving an error, so I had to wipe the whole PC and reinstall windows. There were also suspicious files loaded on the PC, so I had to buy antivirus and malware protection software. Highly irritating to deal with all this for a brand new PC. Update: This PC has no WiFi internet connectivity. It connects to the WiFi but it doesn’t connect to the internet, despite every other device connected to WiFi working perfectly fine. I even bought an upgraded WiFi adapter and it still won’t connect. ... show more

looks great works as good as a 400 dollar pc can. it runs my games at 120 fps fairly stable with some frame drops. would definitely recommend upgrading gpu then cpu since the cpu is 8 years old. regardless works great for a 400 dollar pc

I bought this computer as a birthday gift for my son. Even though the brand isn’t super well-known, I did some research and decided to give it a shot. It arrived about a week later, and setup was a breeze. I was really impressed with the packaging—it was secure, and the ports were clearly labeled so I didn’t mess up any connections. It even came with a keyboard, mouse, mouse pad, and Windows 11 pre-installed. So far, it’s been running fast and smooth. All the games my son loves work perfectly, and he’s super happy with it!
