This is a decent cooling pad that functions well. It's fairly light weight, and the fans are quiet. There are, however, a few issues: the phone holder is ridiculous. It's flimsy plastic with a space JUST deep enough to keep your phone from toppling out. Even sideways, I wouldn't trust the phone holder to keep a phone in place. Any vibration could tip the scales. Also, as the phone trench ... thingy has a solid bottom, you can't have your phone charging while sitting in it. Perhaps it would make a good business card or index card holder, but as a phone holder it's a solid fail. The lights are OK. A little basic, but there are some solid colors in the cycle that are pleasant enough. What really drives me crazy as a design decision is the buttons. There is an arrow pointing to the left with a plus sign on it. Then there is a square. Then the display. Then another square. Finally, an arrow pointing to the right. You would EXPECT the right arrow to move something in the other direction as the left arrow, but no. The left arrow and the square next to it control the fan speeds. The square to the right of the display cycles through the color options. The arrow pointing to the right... is the power button? Really, all it needs to do is keep my laptop running a little cooler than it does when doing intensive tasks. And it does that well for the price point. The rest I can deal with.

The cord length is perfect. The overall detentions are great and would fit many different sized laptops. It cools my laptop amazingly and doesn’t make too much noise. The only issue I’ve had is that the first setting for the angle broke, but I dropped it on a hard surface and my dog ran over it. I wish I was able to plug the cord into the back or other side of the cooling pad and I wish the pegs were a little more sturdy, but it’s amazing. For the price and otherwise, it’s a great product.

It works as intended, especially for djing, keeps my laptop nice and cool. It doesn't pull air away, it forces cool air in. It cooled my laptop down by 20° sk yeah it works. And the usb port is tight. Not gonna wiggle free

I tried 2 or 3 laptop coolers and all had different issues. My seatch FINALLY stopped with this one and am absolutely pleased with this cooling pad. The fans hit all the right spots where my laptop gets hot the most when I'm recording game captures (by the touchpad and center above keyboard). I also like that the controls are in the front unlike other ones that have them in the back. Easy and responsive buttons for both speed of fans and different RGB lighting options. The fans are quiet and of course as the fan speeds increase, you'll hear it a little bit but it's not annoying like the other brands I had to return. I use a 15 inch Acer Predator laptop and a 17 inch HP laptop and fits great for both. I highly suggest this cooling pad. Money well spent.

I rarely write reviews but I believe my experience with KYOLLY is worth sharing. Here is a direct and unedited conversion I had with KYOLLY using Amazon's message system: Me: Dec 20, 2023 5:08 PM Hi, I bought the 6-fan version a month ago and it doesn't seem to be moving much air. I can barely feel air coming from the large fans. I'm thinking about upgrading to the 13-fan version. Is there any chance you'll match the current 20% coupon for the 13-fan version? Thanks! This response took over 6 days to arrive and was insulting. My concerns and questions were completely ignored. 3rd Message KYOLLY doesn't even bother to send an insulting response. Please use this info to decide for yourself whether this is a company you wish to support. I will never buy another KYOLLY product again. If you buy a KYOLLY product then you will get no support and no warranty. None! By comparison, if you buy a KLIM product then you'll get helpful support and a whopping 5-year warranty! If KLIM had a similar pad that would fit my Goliath of a laptop then I would happily be using it. Some brief thoughts about the pads (unbiased by the way KYOLLY has treated me): The more expensive 13-fan pad is inferior to the 6-fan. The 6-fan pad can toggle between running only the small fans, only the large fans, or all 6-fans. Within each option, you can fully adjust the speed of the fans. This allows you to choose how quiet the pad can be. The 13-fan pad does not offer these modes. Either all 13 fans are running or all 13 fans are off. Likewise, the 6-fan version features a pair of blue lights on each small fan while the 13-fan version has only 1 blue light per small fan which does not fully illuminate the blades. Also, the 13-fan version is much louder than the quiet 6-fan model. My 13-fan pad was noisier than the 6-fan when I first got it. But with every week it has become louder and louder. Now it's louder than the internal fans in my laptop! The noise is so bad that I can no longer run the fans. If you're considering either the 6-fan or 13-fan pad to cool the internals of your laptop then know that neither will work. My laptop has intake vents along the bottom in line with the top row of fans on the pad as well as heat dissipation vents along the top. I can see the blue fan lights looking through the top of the body of my laptop which is ideal for cooling with this pad. Yet even at max speed neither pad could push any air pushing through my laptop nor did the CPU or GPU temps drop a single degree. The fans on both models barely move any air and certainly not enough to benefit the internals of a laptop. The only redeeming features of these pads are their size and stability. Like all cooling pads in this price range, they are made from lightweight plastic. But the full base rather than just a border/frame results in a stable pad that can hold a heavy laptop. Also, this is the only pad I've found so far that will fit my absurdly large laptop. If you made it to the end then my recommendation is to not buy from a company like KYOLLY which offers no support and no warranty with their products. That should tell you something about the quality you can expect to receive. My experience with the growing noise levels after just 1 month of use is evidence of this. If you absolutely must purchase this pad then buy the 6-fan model and expect to use it only as a stand and not to cool your laptop.
