The specs on this thing are great and performs as well as you'd expect, but what strikes me most is how quiet it is. My previous gaming PC was really loud and prone to getting hot despite the fans spinning as hard as they could and it stressed me out. I have so much more piece of mind with this one. Overall the internal layout is better too I think, the combination of fans and liquid cooling, arranged like this, seems optimal. I can max out all the settings on any of my games without the computer straining, it doesn't even flinch. I am very happy with this Gaming PC. I have tried about 12 different games on it and so far everything runs on ultra graphics settings with no problems. Resident Evil 7 and Cyberpunk look particularly amazing. Nothing has lagged or crashed. Of course all the work I do with Word, Photoshop, and on web browser is super fast. I also really like that it comes with a little remote to control for the lights and the fans. The lights have at least a dozen different light pattern modes and its nice to just turn them off some times. The fans can also be turned off, low, or high depending on how load intensive the programs you're running are. Super awesome to use and relatively new tech, so I see myself using this for at least the next 6 years. ... show more

Pc is good so far all around, you do have to reset it to get rid of the premade account (at least I had to). My one issue is the remote for the RGB and fans is missing. I’ve tried getting help through Amazon and they say to contact ZYNEEX while they have no contact information on their seller page or online. If you look up how to contact ZYNEEX it says to do it through Amazon. ... show more

Starts up quickly, runs smoothly. USB plugs stick or are hard to insert or remove in some of the USB ports. There are a lot of them so it's not a big deal to use a different one.

It came great, no issues with it setup was very easy only issue was figuring out how to get the glass panel off a bit tricky you just unscrew and then slide it back but besides that, with TikTok you'll learn everything you need to know about setting everything up!

Not sure what to think. My pc started up and loaded straight into a user account named “Gaming pc” with no first time set up. Is this normal? I gave 3 stars but will change it if this is not unusual. Update: Amazon helped me get in contact with the Zyneex. Zyneex gave me instructions to reset the pc and it works perfectly. More then enough power and speed for my usage. ... show more
