This Blackout PC was a gift for my 6 yo son. I had previously purchased the exact same PC at the beginning of the year, and it exceeded my expectations. My son uses Steam for gaming, and this was a perfect PC for it. First and foremost, the customer service was outstanding. When I first considered which PC to get, I emailed customer service since I dealt with them before, and they were great and helped me in making a decision. I immediately ordered, and it arrived on time. Just as my first one, the packaging was amazing. The box was a bit banged up, but they pack triple back these computers. It comes in a box with foam wrap inside and out and then that is inside another box, which then is in the bigger delivery box. It has zero chance of getting damaged. Once opened, it came with a sheet showing what to plug and where. It has great instructions. It is pretty much plug and play. This second PC came with a remote to change the colors and fan speed, which my first did not, but it's a cool addition that my son enjoys. Now, my first one is used to day trading and runs multiple stock programs daily. This one is running games off Steam. One game can easily lag an ordinary computer, but with this computer, they run so smoothly. We can toggle between games without it skipping a beat. If you are a gamer, you know this is very important. Any glitch can ruin gameplay and make it quite unpleasant. However, with this PC, gaming is effortless. It is used daily morning to evening and has yet to show any sign of wanting to lag. I highly recommend this PC. It is my second, and I have no regrets in purchasing. Sure you can easily spend the same amount on a complete system from somewhere else with a monitor and accessories, but their system won't even come close to what this can do. Then, with the amazing customer support, you can't beat being able to speak one on one with the actual maker of the product. No company can deliver that kind of service. Best purchase for my 12 year old. The customer service is outstanding. I don’t know a lot about computers but my son wanted a gaming computer. When we first set it up I needed help, called the customer service number and someone answered right away and walked me through what I needed help with. Fast forward 8 months I got an email that I needed to upgrade windows. Again, one quick phone call with customer service and it was upgraded. You will not regret buying this gaming computer. This PC was purchased for several reasons: affordability, the positive reviews from previous purchases, it fits all needs for gaming and other PC needs. It was purchased for my son. When we unboxed it, which was well packed. When we initially turned it on the PC didn't boot up. My son was devastated. But upon reading the reviews many commented on the very helpful customer support so my 15 year old called up and they very thoroughly walked my son through all the things that needed to be done, and all the things that would help to make the PC work better. I asked him to leave his review, and as we know brevity is the soul of a teenage boy...so he left this review: "When I boot up my PC I downloaded a game within seconds it downloaded, in my opinion, this PC is very fast and the very best." ... show more

So I bought this computer for my son for Christmas. And as soon as we hooked it up and tried to turn it on it would come on and then instantly turn black and shut off.So I had to troubleshoot issues with the computer and I found on their website. Where it recommend to remove one of the memory sticks out and try turning it on, and it came on but then my son didn't have enough memory in Ram to do what he wanted to do. So I put it back in and the computer worked fine for a little bit, but my son started complaining about it always crashing. While he's trying to play a game so I don't recommend this computer.I returned it and i'm still trying to get a refund for it ... show more

Initially, the computer worked just fine but then the graphic card stopped working after a few weeks. Contacted customer support and received prompt responses for trouble shooting. first off recently checked the specific graphics card online its 4gb not 8. i checked steam's vr benchmark its not VR ready like advertised. it did not have an anti sag bracket but they're pretty cheap on there own so I didn't mind it. the back fan hits the frame of the fan on the CPU fan which is really annoying didn't return because I'm opting to fix the issues myself I'm not too upset because it was cheaper than most and it can run basic games well and I haven't been playing many performance heavy games. ... show more

PC came in quick and setup was easy, thanks to the instructions included. If you did as much research as I did you’d notice a lot of negative comments on YouTube and other platforms but if you have normal standards this pc is more than ok. It runs COD Warzone good at medium settings 1080 144fps. Same for Fortnite and cs2. This pc is worth the 500$. If you want to run games at a native 4k 200+hz this is NOT the pc for you. But if you’re fine with 1080p-1440p and 144hz then this is a great purchase. ... show more
