Not sure what to think. My pc started up and loaded straight into a user account named “Gaming pc” with no first time set up. Is this normal? I gave 3 stars but will change it if this is not unusual. Update: Amazon helped me get in contact with the Zyneex. Zyneex gave me instructions to reset the pc and it works perfectly. More then enough power and speed for my usage. ... show more

The computer arrived on damaged however after several attempts to boot up to Windows it would not work. I had to create a USB boot drive and reload Windows onto the system for it to work. I'm still working bugs out at this time. Would not recommend for someone that is not computer literate.

Great pc honestly no real issues. Only thing was one of my fans on arrival was not working so I pulled the back panel and the fan was NOT plugged in. Besides that awesome setup.

I am very happy with this Gaming PC. I have tried about 12 different games on it and so far everything runs on ultra graphics settings with no problems. Resident Evil 7 and Cyberpunk look particularly amazing. Nothing has lagged or crashed. Of course all the work I do with Word, Photoshop, and on web browser is super fast. I also really like that it comes with a little remote to control for the lights and the fans. The lights have at least a dozen different light pattern modes and its nice to just turn them off some times. The fans can also be turned off, low, or high depending on how load intensive the programs you're running are. Super awesome to use and relatively new tech, so I see myself using this for at least the next 6 years. ... show more

Fast well made computer! A bargain for the parts inside it. Only strange thing it wasn't formatted prior to turning on so it already came setup and some things were show up in search bars in thai or with Chinese bookmarks which was kind of weird but not a big deal otherwise.
