I’m really impressed with this gaming PC. Everything came working properly right out of the box and setup was very easy. The PC runs super smooth, loads games fast, and the graphics look amazing. The RGB lights also make the setup look really cool. ’m very happy with this purchase so far. The PC arrived extremely fast and was packaged very well. Everything was protected properly inside the box, and the overall presentation gave a great first impression from the moment I opened it. Setup was simple and Windows updates completed smoothly without issues. The system feels very fast and responsive. Applications open quickly, multitasking runs smoothly, and overall performance has been excellent during my first experience using it. It also runs very quietly, which I really appreciate. The hardware looks clean and professionally assembled. I also like the case design and RGB lighting. The tempered glass side panel gives it a premium appearance and it looks even better in person. Connectivity and compatibility have been excellent so far. Ports were easy to access, setup was straightforward, and everything connected without problems. The system recognized hardware properly and was ready to use quickly. I’m also happy with the included hardware configuration, storage capacity, memory, and overall responsiveness. As far as Windows operational performance, it works. I have used this machine to install & configure Windows, download updates, and some programs, and a few hours game time in Fallout 4. Sound only through Bluetooth, Windows detects speakers & mike plugged in but will not use devices plugged in, "test" fails. Device manager shows Intel (motherboard) video needs drivers but they aren't in "devices" listing to update - I suspect the nonfunctional sound may be related. Can't boot into BIOS to get motherboard details for manual driver package update. This is the first storebought, brand new computer I have ever spent the money on, I've been building my own from components since Windows 95 was new. Don't care one way or the other about the "cool" case lights, if I could disable them I would (I don't see the point of having them). Surprised that there seems to be no way to add an optical drive, such as my Blu-Ray. I get that everybody & their dog downloads programs rather than buying physical media, but I think having the option to add such a peripheral is too basic to be overlooked. The included "gaming" keyboard feels cramped, I'll very likely go back to my Logitech keyboard. The gaming mouse feels ergodynamically easy and comfortable. For many years it was routine to build a better computer than I could buy, for half the cost. Today the opposite seems to be true - the cost of worthwhile components is generally higher than buying the complete system and dealing with the way it's put together. It is my hope that this machine will last for long years of use. ... show more

This pc is lightning fast and built with high end components, the case is amazingly beautiful with a ton of color options with all the fan colors. I highly recommend this computer.
