This PSU is a very good alternative to name brand PSUs currently on the market. I think gamers and non-gamers alike will find it to be very capable. Some of the notable features to help the PC run safely and stably include OCP, OTP, OVP, OPP, UVP, and SCP. It's also an 80+ Gold certified with 90% efficiency PSU which is great for gaming and non-gaming PCs alike. The unit itself has plenty of cables that have wide compatibility for NVIDIA and AMD GPUs, even Molex type. One of the things I like about this unit is how quiet it runs. It really helps when running my computer late at night without much noise disturbances. The cables are long, but with some creativity, I was able to tug them neatly in my mid-tower ATX case. The obvious drawback for this PSU is that it's non-modular which creates somewhat of a clutter and makes streamlining cable management and enhancing airflow more challenging. Interestingly, I couldn't find any information anywhere to indicate whether or not it's a group-regulated PSU. I assume that it's not given how unreliable an low-performing those are. Also, there's no information on capacitors maker used in this PSU except to say they're "high quality and long-lasting." The specs look very good on this PSU, but there's still one important and yearning question lingers about its reliability. I can't really answer this question just yet since I've only been running this unit for a few weeks. I also have not encountered any issues with it, and I'm quite happy with its performance thus far.

This is a solid small power supply. The cable quality and length are pretty standard, it's difficult to run the cpu cable with any kind of decent cable management. You pretty much just have to stretch the cable and hope it reaches. The sata cables are super unnecessarily long. Overall it functions and works fine, but it's top end price wise for a 550w power supply.

This works as intended, and I was able to use it in my CPU without any problems. It came really nice really wrapped so it was safe during this travel. It was pretty easy to install, and I haven’t had any issues so far, but I will update the review if I do have any issues. Hope this helps!

I got this for a rack PC system I was building. The box came with no instructions, usually not a big deal, but nothing is labeled, so make sure you know what you need where. The CPU power connection is two connections molded together, so at first I didn't think I had a CPU power connection. I just plugged it in with the other 4 cables hanging off the side and it powered on fine. Also, the connections are hard-wired, so you cannot remove anything you don't use. So with the 2 video power cables, I had to shove them to the side of the case to keep them out of the way, additionally, I am not using any SATA drives. So I only needed one 12V/5V Molex power cord, so again, I need to find a place to store those, not a game changer, but if you aren't going to use them, this may not be the best choice. But if you are building a larger system, this should do well for you.
