I give this a 4 star rating, for one reason and that is the lack of "worm burner" protection. This net does not go all the way to the ground so if you have people hitting into this net that are relatively new to golf they may send a ball under the net. Other that that the net seems to be good quality, the sleeves on the sides holding the poles would be my main concern over time. I figured that would be the case when buying it, I am hoping to get a few seasons out of it will my indoor simulator. At this point, I would buy it again, if anything changes I will update this review.

I got this net so I could practice in my garage over the long winter months. With it being a flat net it doesn't take much room to store. I can move it to my backyard fairly easily when I want to use it in the summer. It has done the job and is stable. If using it on concrete, like a garage, something should be put under it. I use an old golf mat. Otherwise the bottom loop of the net will fray. Also, I did eventually develop a small hole in the net. I solved that temporarily by tying a string to close the hole.

Good buy,got a 7x 7FT for my husband as a birthday gift, it worked very well in our garage. He installed it alone and used it that night, He could use his Rapsodo and driver as well. It works great for everything else.

The media could not be loaded. On my 3rd net. 1st took a beating outside on the bank of Lake Ontario for 3 years. The net split. You cannot order a replacement net only. Must order the whole kit. 2nd replacement kit arrived last week but the net didn't have the Velcro strap at the bottom. It prevents balls from escaping under the net. So I sent it back and within a few days received a replacement for the replacement. All is good. Club Championship next weekend☮️❤️

Net is a good size for me. It fits well in the shop and leaves me plenty of space to hit golf balls. The instructions are vague but if a person has a little experience and some common sense the assembly is easy enough. Works well with both foam and real golf balls. I only hit foam balls when using my driver but that is just me. An end cap was missing and there are a few scratches on the metal components but nothing that will affect the performance. Amazon gave me a credit for the missing end cap that I didn’t ask for so they did the best they could. Overall a good product.

This net has been great - durable, easy to put together, easy to put away when needed and I've had no problem using any club against it. Since I use mine on a deck I can't put the anchors in the dirt but the net still catches everything with no problem. Have left it outside in the weather with no issue. Love hitting outside in the evenings after work. Only wish I got a bigger version so it would catch more of my shanks!

A great golf net to have in your backyard during the pandemic. We've come close to missing the net on a few mishits with the smaller golf nets previously so gave this 12x10 one a try for the added peace of mind. It's definitely on the larger side (which we wanted) but is well made and we are happy with the purchase overall. A pleasant surprise was Galileo Sports's exceptional customer service! Every time we've had any questions or issues, they could not have been more helpful, which we appreciated. [UPDATE] Just had the pleasure of test driving Galileo's revamped golf net design and new portable golf mat. The net's upgraded design now includes a noticeably stronger protective cover bordering all four sides of the net that looks and feels more durable. Their new golf mat is a strip-type variety w/ both a strip of short grass and a strip of longer grass to simulate hitting out of both the fairway & rough, and comes w/ a rubber tee. Perfect size for small backyards like ours. If I remember, I will circle back in a year to share my takes on the net's long term durability but we are very happy with the purchase and Galileo's remarkable customer service.
