I recently purchased a prebuilt PC from Andromeda Insights on Amazon, featuring an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor and a Radeon 9070 XT graphics card and let me just say, this machine is an absolute beast. From the moment I opened the box, it was clear that Andromeda Insights isn’t just assembling computers, they’re building carefully engineered works of high-performance art. The internal layout was pristine, the cable management was clean enough to eat lunch off of (though I wouldn’t recommend it), and every single component felt hand-picked with intention. The pairing of CPU, GPU, RAM, and motherboard is so well-balanced it’s like they’re in a perfectly synchronized dance, except this dance ends in frame rates that could make a grown gamer cry tears of joy. Thermals are managed masterfully thanks to high-quality fans and airflow design. STALKER 2 on Epic with everything maxed out like my credit cards, I had CPU highs of 62c (not too shabby considering it runs 1440p @ 199.2 FPS avg. Even under load, this system stays cooler than my ex’s heart. It’s also shockingly quiet, especially for the raw power packed inside. It’s so quiet under load that I had to check twice to make sure it was even on. I'm used to my PCs sounding like a jet engine on takeoff, but this thing hums like a luxury car. And visually? The build looks like it belongs in a tech showcase; sleek, sharp, and tastefully lit. Shipping was handled with the kind of care you'd expect for a Fabergé egg. It came double-boxed, with an air-cushioned interior and zero indication on the outside that it contained a high-end PC. Everything arrived in flawless condition. Also, they include all the manuals and extra cables from the PSU (Cheers, AI!) Now, I did run into a minor hiccup, entirely user error. (I won't go into detail, but let’s just say the power switch was absolutely working I just wasn’t.) I reached out to their support, and within minutes, I had a kind, understanding, and very patient response walking me through it. Even though the mistake was on my end, their professionalism and courtesy never wavered. That kind of support is rare, and it speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. In short: if you want a prebuilt PC that performs like a monster, looks like a masterpiece, and comes backed by genuinely caring professionals, Andromeda Insights is the company to go with. I am extremely happy with this purchase. I had never heard of Andromeda Insights, but they delivered exactly what they were advertising. The PC arrived double-boxed and packaged snuggly to prevent shifting. The components were the same as the photo/listed, and the drivers were to up to date. Zero bloat-ware, just Windows 11 and basic manufacturer software like AMD Adrenaline. The cable management looks clean and professional. The PC came with manuals and extra cables. It runs new AAA games smoothly and quietly, very little fan noise. The white GPU does look a bit out of place, but that would be my only very minor complaint since I don't spend much time looking inside my PC case. I have not had the need to interact with customer service, so no comments on that matter. Not only does this pc look good, it runs just as well or better. This pc does just as well with multiplayer fps games as it does with bigger cinematic games such as Detroit Become Human. It has so much storage for those bigger games and pretty fast downloading speeds as well. Unfortunately, I did have a slight issue with the pc early on but the customer service I received was probably the best I’ve received from any company ever. They will make sure your pc works like it should as soon as possible so you can get to enjoying it. So overall, I’d highly recommend. Definitely beginner friendly if you’re looking for a very good pc at a good price. ... show more

Absolutely love my pc. I bought it at $1799 but it's still a good deal at 2k. The machine is stress tested before it's shipped and all of the drivers are updated including the motherboard bios. Its runs everything at 4K 60fps that I've played, but I dont use ray tracing. With RT on my experience has varried but I don't care about RT so I only used it for testing because I was curious. If you spec this machine out it's about $1700-1800 in parts. Also, this machine is set up perfect for a GPU upgrade in 5-7years while keeping everything else. The CPU, motherboard, and PCU will be relevant for a decade. ... show more

Very well built machine. Mixture of regular and reverse blade fans for that extra touch so everything looks just that much cleaner. Cable management is spot on. Pretty much all the configuration I would do in BIOS settings is already done. Haven't gone through the trouble of trying to figure out what power supply manufacturer and AIO manufacturer they go through to get their branded stuff, but they seem to be good quality components. Biggest negative I have is totally subjective, but personally I think it looks kinda funny with an AsRock Steel Legend white GPU, but it's a good GPU and doesn't look nearly as funny as I thought it would ... show more

When I purchase this pc I had issues mainly the gpu. After working on the pc thinking I could fix it myself i found out the problem was a amd driver issue which the update was 25.5.1. I sent the pc back to Andromeda and once they looked at it they confirmed nothing hardware wise was a problem. They also provided a ssd for the trouble. Customer service i give a thumbs up. Overall the pc is good with some minor fans issue but my bias complaint is the case I really don't like the case. I bought this pc since early May and didn't properly use it until June so a little over a month before leaving a review. But overall it's a good pc hardware wise I can't be mad. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I stumbled upon this as I was looking for parts to build my own. I did the math, and this cost me less than what I could build it for myself, and they had the parts that were sold out everywhere!
