    • Don't buy if you want to use your fingerprint sensor
This sucks! The instructions aren't very clear, but all screen protectors install pretty much the same way so no big deal. The issue is the fingerprint reader. No matter what I do it will not recognize my fingerprint, I even deleted one and tried to reregister after I installed the screen protector as sometimes that helps, but it won't even register my fingerprint touching the sensor!! Keeps telling me to press harder. If I pressed any harder my finger would break the phone screen altogether. Also, the way this is designed, there is a visible circle on the screen protector where the fingerprint sensor is. I assume this means it is thinner here than elsewhere, but it still doesn't help you actually use the fingerprint sensor and just creates an annoying circle on your screen. Too bad as this is one of the few I found for a regular galaxy s20 and it is very clear, but since it renders the fingerprint reader useless it is a waste of money for me. ... show more

Do not order!! I followed the steps of putting the screen protector on as I have done several in my time, Not even having it on for 5 minutes it was already lifting up from both of my devices. Very disappointed in this product quality.

    • Fingerprint reader doesn't work.
Fingerprint reader doesn't work when the screen protector is installed. The touch screen is also a lot less sensible and accurate.

    • What a joke
These are utter garbage. There's one spot about the size of a dime that is sticky so the rest of the thing is floating and really, really annoying. Every time you touch the screen, it crackles and you have to push it really hard so that it touches the phone screen. Of course that causes the touch capability to fail constantly. Easy to install with a very clear view. However, that is the only positive thing about this screen protector. Now, for the negative: 1. Horrible read on the thumb print, unusable. I had to unlock my screen with a password every single time 2. Significant lag and poor accuracy on the touch screen. 3. The screen protector doesn't actually adhere to your phone screen. It loosey attaches around the edge and therefore makes a taping sound every time you touch your screen. Highly annoying. As a conclusion, if you expect protection for your phone while retaining functionality, this product is not for you. Total waste of money. ... show more

Fingerprint reader doesn't work through the screen protector, despite being advertised as being compatible. Also, because it has a circular spot that's meant to be for the fingerprint reader, there is a visible circle in the bottom center of the screen that persists at all times. The finger print was not working at all I tried to take it off with a credit card it shattered. Ok I got another one tried again and when trying to apply the I wiped the finger print off thoroughly to ensure a clean finger scan and the cloth got caught and the second one is a waste now. Just my luck. Money wasted and never got a chance to use the protector... it didn't come with instructions so I pulled up videos on that exact model ... show more
