A Mighty, Mini Tool

I bought this so that I could do quick cuts wherever I needed to. However, this has become one of my favorite go-to tools now. Now, despite some issues, I am still giving this 5 stars because I have put this tool to the test and, boy howdy, was it up for the challenge! It is hardy and tough, however it will start to become very hot after prolong use. And, by prolong use, I am talking about an hour of non-stop cutting. If you are using it off and on, then no worries. The overall vibration level is minimal, in my opinion. The handle is comfortable and easy to grip. Also, it isn't too thick for my small hands BUT not so thin that I feel like I could snap it over my knee. It does have a safety that, once held to start the saw, you can let go of. Lastly, the dust collector worked for a little while, though it wasn't super effective. However, the cheap, plastic hose got bent and that was that. Honestly, you could craft or buy a new and better one or just not worry about it. I will say that you will want to occasionally suck the sawdust out. I mean, it is still a circular saw, so expect dust. All in all, if you are in the market for a inexpensive, but awesome mini circular saw, grab this. It is pretty awesome! P.S. It does have an accurate laser guide. Just know that it is battery powered and doesn't share power with the saw. Probably for the best, really. Oh, and the guide is nice, straight, and works well. And, it stays put so no slipping.

Big help for a guy who is not super "handy."

I found this easy to use well. I was cutting portions out of 8 by 4 foot wall panels and able to do it accurately and safely. I have a diny old table saw which would be unsafe to handle cutting large sheets. Instead I assembled some styrofoam sheets i layers, adjust the depth of the blade according and pushed it along on the floor.

My new toy!

We are currently remodeling and this little saw gets A LOT of things done! I've done board and batten walls..framed a closet..removed old cabinets and built new! Not as light as I would like but I am easily able to handle this with one hand!

My husband loves it!

He loves it for the small around-the-house (inside and out) projects he's working on. Good saw but can’t change the blade

I first bought this product in 2023. I really like this product. It’s great for small projects but also gave me the confidence to take on larger projects. But the blade got tilted and I couldn’t remove it. So I bought another one in July 2024. Now I am trying to change the blade and have the same problem I had with the first saw. Can you believe my luck or is it a defect in the manufacturing of the saw?

This is supposed to be a saw, right?

I was looking forward to using this saw on a project where I would need to cut a bunch of 19/32 plywood sheeting. After the saw arrived, I made sure it was charged up and got a piece of scrap 1/2 inch plywood to make some practice cuts. In every case the saw stalled after going less than an inch into the material. This is not special wood, just the ordinary Lowes plywood. I'm making sure that battery is charged up (it's showing full strength on its LEDs) and I'll give it one more try. I'll let you know how it goes.....Still didn't work so I returned it.
