It works, but is much more complicated to operate than it should be. The glass plate inside rattles every time it turns, I have to get the manual every time I need to reset the clock in a power outage. But it does job.

This microwave (after about 2 months now) runs well and seems very well made. The dial setting knob instead of just buttons takes a little getting used to but now I prefer it to just buttons. A couple of things that made me do 4 stars. The light inside is very, very dim. You can't see inside hardly at all. You have to open the door to check something. And the constrast of text labels on the buttons won't be easy to read unless you turn on some good lights. I know it sounds like I have poor night vision but that's not the case here. ... show more

    • Great appliance - quick delivery - easy to set up and use.
I’d never heard of this brand of microwave before but an online search revealed it has all the features and options I was looking for, particularly the inverter power feature, and the price was unable to be beaten anywhere else. Delivery was a lot more prompt than I was expecting, and once unpacked it was very easy to set up and is actually quite a nice looking appliance. Unlike most microwaves this one does not have any number pads, which was initially confusing, but scanning the instructions showed how easy this appliance is to use. Basically you turn the knob to set the time and push the knob to start the cooking. The amount of presets for different food products is extensive and can end up being very simple cooking. To me the only drawback is that the interior is dark/black colored rather than white so it is hard to see anything being cooked. Otherwise am very pleased with this item and would highly recommend it. ... show more

Controls are great and the ability to actually cook at different wattages is super useful. Just wish I had a better view of the food while it cooked.

    • Buttons very confusing
I like the overall design and it works well, but the buttons are confusing. Defrosting doesn't make sense. I select the Weight in Lbs but it only runs for about a minute.
