I found these Gain Odor defense dryer sheets while looking for something to remove urine smell from laundry. I do use these in combination with the same line of laundry detergent to gain maximum effectiveness. While my search is not over, I continue to use these. They have been the most effective product that I have found so far. I cannot say that it actually removes all odors, but it definitely has the ability to significantly reduce them. We have very sensitive skin in this house and can't use a lot of products due to the amount of dyes and perfumes they contain. These dryer sheets are able to soften my laundry and reduce the odors remaining. Laundry comes out of the dryer with a light pleasant scent but not cause our skin to break out in hives. This is a plus in my book! I do like the larger 24 count quantity so I don't have to order as often ... show more

The smell of these Gain sheets are not the same, they must have changed up the formula. To me, it has a somewhat offputting smell now. I think I may change to another brand for dryer sheets. I like Arm and Hammer tropical dryer sheets...smells so good, but they are always out of stock at my grocery store. (I like smelling all the dryer sheets at my grocery store in order to get a sense of the smell before buying.) Lol Snuggle Super Fresh sheets smell nice too! ... show more
