I started using this powder mainly for laundry that tends to hold onto odors, and it has worked well for freshening up clothes. It dissolves easily in both warm and cold water and does not leave a noticeable residue on fabrics. I noticed a difference especially with workout clothes and towels that usually keep a lingering smell. It is simple to use by adding it directly to the wash along with regular detergent. The texture is fine and mixes in without clumping when used correctly. It feels like a straightforward addition to a normal laundry routine without making things more complicated or time consuming. I am in love with this. OxiClean odor blasters versatile odor and laundry stain remover product! The odor blasting quality is strong, powerful and effective. I especially appreciate this quality when I do loads of laundry that contain my son's athletic clothing from sports and also towels, especially kitchen towels. With these items in particular, it can be hard to remove all the odor and get a fresh scent. However, this OxiClean odor blasters product has really improved the scent of these loads of laundry compared to just using laundry detergent. I consider this product to be a great value for the price because it is a large container that lasts me a very long time and it is very good quality and extremely effective. A little bit goes a long way per load. Better value than what you find in stores! I have kids so this oxiclean is our best friend in my house! It dissolves just like it's supposed to. It gets stains out better than any other cleaner I've found. It makes your clothes smell great and it's never broken any of my kids skin out using it for years and years. It makes your clothes soft coming out of the dryer. I'd say it's 100% effective on what it's job is for! It's not sticky and definitely versatile. I’ve been using OxiClean Odor Blasters 5 lb for several months now, and it’s hands down one of the best odor-eliminating laundry additives I’ve found. Whether it’s workout clothes, pet bedding, towels, or musty laundry, this stuff actually works — and works REALLY well! This product is a total game-changer for stubborn smells. I used to struggle with sweat and body odor, pet odors on my blankets, and musty smells. Just adding a scoop with my regular detergent noticeably erased the smells instead of just masking them. I like that it doesn’t leave a heavy fragrance behind — it just neutralizes the odor so clothes come out fresh and clean. OxiClean Odor Blasters doesn’t just tackle smell — it also helps boost overall cleaning. I see clothes looking brighter and smelling cleaner even when detergent alone wasn’t cutting it. And while it’s not a detergent replacement (you still need your regular laundry soap), it makes a huge difference in tough situations. I add a scoop directly into the washer drum before loading clothes, or into the dispenser with the detergent. For especially smelly loads (like gym clothes or pet blankets), I pre-soak with hot water and a scoop of this — and the results are amazing.
