This is a powerhouse when it comes to tackling odor in laundry. We used it on athletic clothes, towels, and even some older fabrics that had built-in musty smells, and the results were excellent. It dissolved well in warm and hot water and left no residue behind. The scent is fresh and clean, but not overly strong once everything is dry. It also pulled out visible stains in a single wash—especially things like sweat marks and grass from kids’ clothing. We like that it works as both an odor and stain remover, making it a versatile boost to our usual detergent. For households with active kids, pets, or just tough laundry, this is a solid go-to. This stuff is amazing. I have a cat, and occasionally my cat decides his litterbox is less desirable than my clothing or a throw blanket on the floor. Cat urine is notoriously difficult to get out, but soaking clothing or blankets in this gets the smell right out. I've also used this OxiClean for removing the smell of old protein powder out of forgotten shaker bottles. If you've ever experienced THAT particular problem, you know how difficult it is to get the smell out of a shaker bottle that's had protein shake left in it too long. A nice overnight soak clears that issue right up. I also use this OxiClean for standard laundry loads to help not just with stains and odor, but brightening up clothing colors. This is an excellent product! It is easy to use and effective! Recently, my husband accidentally left a pen in his pants pocket, and ink exploded all over his shirts.
