Since purchasing this set my leg day went from boring to fire. The barbell pad is exactly what I needed for not only squats but for hip thrusts. No more sore hip bones. The bands are great for stabilizing my knees when doing RDL's and Kickbacks. My gym does not offer ankle bands for cable machines so purchasing these has really improved my glute workout.
