G. Skill's Trident Z Royal is amazing ram when the XMP profile is properly set. The look and build quality of the ram is really good, especially the aesthetic. I find my only gripe with the ram itself is that the color accuracy is not quite what I was hoping for. I keep the sticks RGB consistently on white but notice there is a subtle green undertone to the light, which is fine after a while because that's not really what you would be paying attention to. The G. Skill lighting control app needs a lot of work, it to me seems to lag and glitch quite a bit when messing around with the lighting and sometime when I boot the computer up it doesn't always turn both the sticks lights on which takes away the awe effect. Overall, I highly recommend Trident Z Royal.

These bad boys speak for themselves (no literally, they talk) I slapped the suckers in and my pc didn't boot and they yelled at me to actually push them in all the way and they started working. Then they started to complain to me I wasn't pushing them hard enough so I put them at their rated speed and haven't heard a complaint. The rgb gives me a lot more fps in result, my 1060 6Gig now outperforms a 3090 super. The shine on them also super fantastic! A burglar broke into my house and shined his flashlight onto my compter and the reflection blinded them. Thanks to the ram i still have all my belongings and that guy gets to spend time in the slammer. Very happy with the product.

This is about as fancy as DDR4 gets, they aren’t underperforming in the slightest, it’s reached its claims and through overclocking far exceeded them along with my expectations. If you’re looking for a strong set of RAM for an AMD 5900X this would be more than a considerable challenger for the position.

Setup was easy, it’s a pop in and go type situation. They worked right off the bat. I had to configure their speed manually in my bios (expected(m) and once I did it booted up fine. In the long run I had to step these down one step just to get my pc to continue to run stable, hence the 4 stars instead of 5

DDR4 RAM is still equal to or better than DDR5. I know because I have experienced both types. Also, I think there's a lot of hype about going higher than 4000mhz. Buy 34 to 38 MHz then overclock your system a little.
