when i bought this ram in January of 25 i put it through the ringer... it got ran at maximum load for twelve hours straight in a torture test and it ran right through it with no adjustments needed. now that it's been a bit over a year i decided to see how it was holding up; it aced another 12 hour OCCT platinum test at max clocks, something my corsair ram couldn't. nowadays the value on this kit probably isn't great with... micron's tomfoolery destroying the markets, but i got this 64g kit for $190 and some change and back then that was a good of a deal as you could get for any similar kit. appearance wise, i love the plain black no-RGB look. my PC is built as a black box of power and all black ram fits the theme. overall i think GSkill is really the best you can get if you want ram that will last a long time and eat anything you throw at it without breaking a sweat

Got this kit for $190 back in the day. Would recommend but not at almost $1200. What in the actual duck is happening... Congrats to others like me that unknowingly prepared for Ramageddon, and sorry to all those who desperately need an upgrade right now.

Works great in New Build
64GB in new build, flawless so far. Used to be a corsair guy but started using G-Skill a few years ago and will continue to do so going forward. Great and stable ram. Just the right size
I wanted extra ram for creative applications and to make sure I wouldn't have to upgrade for a while. They are slim sticks and plenty fast. They match my dark theme perfectly and fit in the narrow space there is below my CPU aio. These will work with any ddr5 motherboard and install is as easy as pressing them into the board. You really can't go wrong with the value of these sticks and they're the perfect speed for current AMD CPUs.

Great RAM shot for being too good for consumers from the chip sources.
Normally I would say that this is great RAM at a decent price. and at the pre November 2025 prices it was worth it. Thanks to the "innovations" of CoPilot, chatGPT and DLSS6 What should be about $200 Us has quintupled in price because those of us that want to build our own systems and NOT have an LLM terminal are screwed. Hopefully, more people can get this again before 2028, but the cartel in control of the chips themselves are prioritizing the data centers and NOT those that want a decent system before 2032.
