These shorts are honestly the most comfortable shorts I've purchased in years! The fabric is nice, lightweight and stretchy, and the seams are well made and stretch along with the rest of the fabric. The length on me is just below fingertip length. Most shorts just feel too...short. These are just right! I bought them for use as swimsuit bottoms at the beach, but I love them so much that I wear them as regular shorts too. They are great for working in the yard because they stay in place as you move and don't need to be constantly adjusted. I like the higher waistline, which also stays in place well. Sizing was true to size, and consistent with the size recommended by Amazon. I will definitely buy these again!

These are sold as swim shorts but I use them to play pickle ball. Feels very comfortable and the color is nice and vibrant. I ordered my correct size and the fit is comfortable and roomy but after playing PB for awhile, they do rise up on inner thighs. Not a big issue and I would purchase again if need be.

These shorts are super comfortable and I love the two pockets. Could definitely wear these when out and about shopping, hiking, kayaking, taking in an outdoor concert, or just about anywhere when you want casual attire. I wore them kayaking and liked that the 7 inch length helped protect my upper legs from the sun. The material drys quickly, so no hesitation about wading into the lake to cool off when we stopped for a break. The inner lining makes it optional as to whether you have to wear underwear, which is nice if wearing these to be in the water. I normally wear a size 6 in jeans, but based on the size chart for these shorts, I ordered a size Large. Perfect fit to suit me - not too tight, and not too loose. A girlfriend tried them on and thought the Large will work well for her, too. She normally wears a size 6 or 8 in slacks. Will definitely buy another pair in another color!

Recently purchased 3 pairs based on a previous style that I had purchased quite a few years ago. Since losing quite a bit of weight since then, I had to ditch and replace the ones that I loved so well. I was thrilled that these turned out to be better than the last. The fit is very comfortable. Elastic waist allows for a perfect fit. Moisture wicking fabric is the same...The fabric isn't tight, but conforming and is flexible. I liked them so well that I turned right around and purchased several more pairs, one of each color. I personally liked the 'built in' underwear feature of this brand. Fabric is comfortably thin making them cooler than I was expecting. (Adhesive feminine pads stay secure with the fit.) Perfect for golf or any other activity. I am not a skinny nor heavy set female but consider myself to be more on the robust size (Medium). With that said, this product is perfect for what I purchased them for.

Sooo compfy and the waist smooths your front and love the attached panty. I'm changing my original review, because I've discovered that the first pair I ordered was in fact accurately sized. I initially ordered green XL and it was huge, so I returned them and ordered size L green and it was a perfect fit. (This was the only size L that actually fit me because they are a tad larger than any of the other size L that I ordered.) Now that I've ordered 3 more pair in size L, they've all been too snug in the waist, so I've returned them and ordered size XL in the black only. Even though it's a bit on the large size, it's way more comfortable in the XL for what it's intended for. Water shorts. If I lose 10# then maybe the size L in other colors will fit me better. Still an extremely comfortable short.

I wore these Gradual brand swim shorts/board shorts to the beach for the first time today. Love the side pockets-kept my cell phone in one pocket! I also really like the tropical print & built in panty liner. I hand washed them before wearing & they air dried quickly. Amazon suggested size L for my 5 feet 6 1/2 inch, 158-160 pound frame. Size L fits very well , & these shorts are so comfortable & soft. I can move about easily in these.
