The dress fits well. Seems to be decent construction. I'm 5'1, 160 lbs. The hemline hits just above my ankles, so if youre taller than me and looking for a floor length maxi dress, this isn't gonna be for you. The material leaves a bit to be desired, but its not horrible. 100% rayon. Its quite thin, and the pattern is one sided, but its not shiny or plasticky. For the price, I'm not complaining. I saw one person say that it is a bit short waisted, and they're not wrong, but its still flattering for someone with a smaller chest. You'll definitely want a strapless bra with this one, as it is pretty flimsy. I don't know how it will wash, so I cant provide any insight on that. Got this for my birthday end of September. Didn't wear it until last week, I got something on it and washed it with delicates. First wash can't wear ahom because the top portion of the elastic is loose. Disappointed because it was NOT a cheaply priced item. For 35.00 I was expecting better. This is the quality of the 10.00 dresses. Do not recommend purchasing this. It's sad because it is a pretty and very comfortable dress... It fit well, but I'm a little busty and felt the fit would have been better (for me) if there were more shirring on the top, since it did not go all the way to my waistline. Bought two of these this for a girls trip on a Caribbean cruise. Was lightweight, comfortable, wore several times on the trip. It got wet and dried quickly. Fabric is wonderful and comfortable. Bought the red floral and the solid blue one which I loved equally as much. Also, mine did NOT stretch out after washing several times as others seem to have experienced. Dress is cute but material is very thin . I expect this dress to last a year if I am lucky , but it’s ok to wear shopping and to run errands . The stitching is very loose and I don’t sew so hopefully it doesn’t come apart . Also it runs very large on top!!! If you are large chested you will like that aspect as I am a 38 C , bought a large and usually I like my summer dresses very loose so I would get an x-lge and I have had to pull the top up numerous times during the day !
