My dogs have always kept me from having rugs in my house. I thought I would take another chance when I moved into a new home. Out of excitement more than anything else one of my dogs had an accident on this rug. It literally pooled up on the rug. I soaked it up with paper towel then took a Clorox wipe to wipe over the area and there is absolutely no evidence of it ever happening! I am telling all of my friends who are pet owners about this rug. It could not work better with animals in the house and it’s beautiful as well!

If you have kids and or pets and need a rug but don't want to spend a lot of money, this is a good fit. It looks nice, cleans easy, and works with most decor.

We’ve had this rug for a few months now and I can say that at this point in time I’m at 80/20 feeling on this. First, this was our first washable rug purchase and so far, thanks to my dogs upset stomach, I’ve been able to wash it one time. I took it to our local laundromat to wash it in their larger tubs, then brought it home to let it air dry. As for the washable part - I give it an A+! It was very easy to wash and handle. My only really drawback with this rug is how thin and light it is. I understand for it to be a washable rug. It needs to be light like that, but it does allow it to bunch up at places and makes it hard to vacuum at times. I can’t use a regular handheld vacuum on it at any speed or height because it keeps catching on it, so the only way I can vacuum it is with my robot vacuum. We have a thin pad underneath it, which I’m so glad we did, because it helps with how it feels under your bare feet. All in all though, I am enjoying this rug, just not sure I will purchase another one in the future .

Very soft and I love the neutral color/pattern. It was the perfect size and weight for easily throwing into my washer and dryer. I washed it straight out of the package because I am sensitive to chemical smells and it looks great, no issues!

I'm a type of rug owner that is used to spot-cleaning and vacuuming full-sized cushioned rugs. And unfortunately, I think the bang for the buck and comfort for ME is leaning towards traditional rugs. I live in a household that doesn't have kids and spills are rare, so the amount of times I'd machine wash my rugs is pretty rare as well. I got this rug to see if this trade-off is worth it. One criticism I have is that if you want the heft of a traditional rug and are looking at washable rugs, you need to get a under cushion liner. On a hard wood floor, it's mostly a visual rug and doesn't provide much cushion. On carpet, any furniture may buckle the rug without some sort of backing. The cushion aspect is important because I feel it's a must, which is an additional cost. If you're spending $80ish dollars on this rug and more for a cushion, you're approaching the cost of traditional rugs. My main conclusion is that if you enjoy the cushion and comfort of a traditional rug and don't need to wash often, look for a more traditional rug. If you're looking for a beautiful, incredibly soft, easily shippable, washable, light weight rug, then consider these!
