My cat, Tanuki, is very active and playful. So much so that he'll harass his sister to play when he's not entertained enough and they end up (not too seriously) fighting. I play with him when I have free time in the day, but it's never enough for him lol I've tried just about every interactive toy there is, he gets bored with them. Not this one though. Not only is this toy inexpensive, he plays with it for HOURS every single day. He grabs it in his mouth and pulls it pretty far and let's go, and then goes crazy as it bounces around. It's super cute. He's not a small cat either (russian blue mix) and he's never yanked it off the closet door frame I put it on and it's been on there over a month. So if you have a cat that's nonstop play, I can't recommend this toy enough!

After the first day I was ready to leave a 1 star rating based on the durability alone. My two kittens had chewed through the elastic rope twice. However after retying it those two times it now has lasted a lot longer (though I think they are playing with it less). My one big warning is that the eyes and nose also got pulled out pretty quickly and they could be a major choking hazard. Thankfully my kittens don't eat things just chew them up so I was able to throw it away quickly. Other than that it is a decent product

My cat played with this for less than 5 minutes and then hasn’t touched it since I hung it. I think I need to change the mouse toy into something my cat will like— for me, the apparatus was stable and easy to hang. I’d say buy it and maybe your cat will like it.

If you have a cat like mine that has ENDLESS amounts of energy, you need this toy. It’s very simple to hook on a door jamb and then you just sit back and let them go crazy. My cat plays with it for hours every single day. And since we got this, he’s gotten into a lot less mischief around the house.
